I understand I may not have made myself super clear about this. I know I said the mint washing was best for alcohol at 40% and higher but actually, that’s because anything below 40% might freeze in the freezer so you can’t do the mint wash technique but anything between 25 and 40 is in my opinion too high abv to make the blender method.
I recently got an isi whipper and was wondering if it would be better to use it when infusing with delicate herbs like mint and basil or would you still prefer to use this blender option. I've only infused with tougher herbs and spices in the isi and didn't know how the delicate stuff would react to the pressure.

Must be hard for you as someone creating cocktails for this and other channels to do a dry month. Good for you!
Amazing!
I’m going to get that Amaro now, I love Manhattan riffs! 😋
What is the amaro closest to the Lucano? Maybe Averna?
Have you tried combining this with Dave Arnold's nitro-muddling technique?
Would using Fernet Branca in place of the mint infused amaro yield a similar Mint & Black, or would I need to add more mint in some way?
How is the best form to infuse rum with mint?
Interesting. Need to give this a try with something, I am thinking vermouth.
If the alcohol we use is less than 40% we can use this shorter method, or should we still use the previous recipe with gin for alcohol just over 30%?
