Many years ago I helped my Father plant a birch tree in the front yard of my childhood home. Sadly he's no longer with us and two years ago the tree was overrun by beetles. We had to cut it down and my boyfriend took one of the big branches and made coasters out of it! I never thought I could love coasters so much, but each time I look at them I'm reminded of my Dad. Oh Lord she's already talking about resale and if they sell the house. Hahaha. I don't think I've ever heard someone who's building their dream from the ground up thinking what would be best in case they sell it. But the house is gorgeous. TBH, I think Heather just loves designing houses. Terry said they've lived in 15 diff homes.
Ashley P I think that’s smart you never know what will happen in the future my partner and I are building and although we don’t see ourselves selling we have done things to make sure it will have a good resale
Also, if she loves designing and it makes her happy and keeps her busy, then why wouldn't he go for it. Happy spouse happy house.

Lets face it since these video's are the only thing she has left to stroke her enormous ego. After everyone sees these and they get old, she will need to build a new house to have have something else to talk about..... Maybe by then the kids will come home from college to tell her how wonderful she is.....
Because with someone like this it will never be enough. As they go through life with this way of thinking they always miss out on the little things in life that truly are memorable and invaluable. They will always refer to their "stuff" to gauge where they are in life and to satisfy their happiness. Sad, really, but you could talk till your blue in the face to try and get them to see this and they will always deny it.
My husband brings me a glass of water and a cup of coffee in the bathroom every morning for me while I am putting on my makeup

I just binged watched your entire house, i don’t watch a whole lot of house shows.. so this was a treat to sit down and look into every room with you, I loved the whole thing. I love that every room has the amenities and hidden sinks/bathrooms.. every drawer is stocked with everything possible you could need and more.. I hope to one day be in my dream home! And I really hope my dream home will have a woman cave/office/craft room, just for me.. my kids and husband are all up in my biz.. lol.. I can’t imagine Terry doesn’t like to go in his office and be alone every once in a while.. lol.. but you have done an amazing job here, the whole place.. Even tho Terry’s office is not my favorite, I just have to say, the beautiful artwork of the tree is my favorite in the whole house!!
OMG...I’ve just now discovered your new home videos & I’m completely blown away! You’ve done such an awesome job combining your warm textured pieces to your enormous modern home! I’ve been amazed seeing every single detail by pausing along the way as I’m viewing! This is my 1st time to ever comment on You Tube & I realize you’ll probably never read this, but I’m so impressed that I wanted to sing your praises! I discovered “Botched” when I retired 4 years ago & have watched every episode possible so I am a big fan!! I love seeing your gorgeous home & especially enjoyed seeing your truly beautiful children!! Although your home is so huge, I love that you’ve made it feel so “homey” with a loving lived in feel! So many huge gorgeous homes do not have this “homey” liveable vibe. This episode was so cool seeing your personality in your office space & then seeing Terry’s personality in his office space! I watched you on the housewives and I was wondering how your house turned out. So delighted to find your you tube site. You have clearly inherited the design gene, I’m really impressed with what you have created. I know what it’s like having to make so many decisions when building, it’s never ending and way more than you could ever imagine before getting started. You know there is so much put out in the design world, but you clearly have your own style. I have to say so many elements of your home have really inspired me, I too love a bit of sparkle and natural crystal. Can’t forget the little hidden surprises you’ve got tucked away such as your sink / bar and bathroom in your office, which is to die for. I think you’re really talented and I thank you for sharing your home with us. Spectacular job.
This house has as much personality as an airport lounge or mid-level condo lobby.
Exactly. Hotels are places you might like to visit, but they arnt warm and homey. Not something that I would want to live in on a daily basis. With that being said, to each his own.... Maybe thats why they move so much. Maybe because they cant really connect with their homes.

This is a really TOP Design Home. It has glamour, elegance and; sophistication. I watch AD and a lot of Hollywood home channels but this house is created with excellent taste and class. Fab!

You can spend a lot of money but that does not mean it’s going to look great . This is truly a HOME it feels luxurious and homey . Next give away , you should let someone stay at your home as a guest for one night . Now that would be awesome ( one can only dream 😴 )

Hi Heather, I was intrigued looking at the giant piece of petrified wood handing in Terry's bathroom. It is incredible and the size is outstanding. You had mentioned that you had various pieces of agate in his bathroom, which you have lots in your house, however that dark brown rock is actually a tree trunk that has been petrified for many thousands of years. Agate is just petrified water, but you actually have a petrified tree trunk. I love it so much. I grew up with gemologists as parents who taught me so much about rocks, fossils, minerals, etc. I actually make jewelry for people in my home of many semi-precious stones. BTW, your home is so gorgeous, but just knowing you and your tastes from RHOC, I'd expect nothing less. I adore you, Terry and your children. You have a beautiful wonderful family. You are SO Blessed!!!!

Oh please, I wouldnt give her that much credit. The designer that she paid brought her samples that "ALL" would work in a certain space, and she just made a choice from the designers samples. Thats what designers are paid to do...... If she really did all the leg work, and picked the finishes from scratch, you could give her that kind of credit.

The problem with the style & Decor of their house is The taste is so personal. Although Its Very Nice The colour schemes will become Very dated Very soon and Its such a big House to have re-decorate It and If It was sold buyers would have too much to change. Despite Heather saying she likes clean lines etc everything looks to busy. It is gorgeous Just very ostentacious. It lacks any real definite flair or style

I’m confused. Do you have to go through the bar to get into the bathroom and then go through the bathroom to get into the man cave? Like do you have to go through the bar to get to the bathroom? Do you have to go through the bathroom to get to the man cave or do you enter them through 3 different hidden doors on the back wall?

So I’m cleaning my coffee table and my daughter says “ mom you only have 2 of your sand stone coasters left”. And I think about your beautiful home and #coastercontest and yes....I’m hooked on coasters too. It’s the small things that adds a lot to every home. I’ve noticed people often touch and comment on their coaster. In a way it becomes part of the glass their drinking out of and that stays with them long after they’ve left your house. She cares more about imposing her will on her husband and kids than she cares about their preferences. I doubt that your fantasies about being strong, funny, fiery include controlling everyone in your life. If they do, then you would have a husband that is a wimp, and kids who grow up to have severe lifelong emotional problems. There is a difference between being a strong, confident and supportive woman and being a bitch. Heather is a BITCH !!

Your home is very modern and beautiful. Wondering about Terry’s ceiling- maybe a wood box in the center to mount that beautiful huge lighting fixture would be more balanced (symmetry .) It is very sweet how you consider all of your family and friends in your design. You have a big heart.

Hi Heather and Natalie!!!! The house is just beyond gorgeous!! You have amazing taste and such a good eye for spatial layouts!! My husband and I have been watching the house tour together and are literally *obsessed*!!! Now he wants a man cave... I told him after I get a closet like Heather's then he can have his dream man cave (: I seriously *love* that the coasters are agate slices!! I've always loved geodes and agate - so stunning and glam, but they still bring a little nature and earthiness.
