There is nothing I despise more than someone who “ helps me”, and then constantly reminds me and everyone else about what “they did “ for me. Did you really do it for me, or did you do it for you ,for bragging rights and leverage and score keeping? So beyond shady and disingenuous at best. Yuck…. Well, they had no choice, but, to sell it. I love how fake reality tv is. The Dubrows are very intelligent. They made an amazing deal with the true owner of the property. The deal they made was to pretend it was their property to enhance their brand of being rich. At the same time, the true owner gets free marketing through the reality tv show to get the best ROI from the property sale. It was a flip deal. Once the house sells, the Dubrows get a percentage of the final sale and they made a killing as it sold for $55 million. They had no choice, but, to sell it. But, they can now afford their dream house in Beverly Hills and can afford to be outright owners of that property, without selling it 😉

As much as heather talks about money and all that, she been with terry, like 27 years or whatever, through it all. All the schooling and learning and. Education while doing her own acting stuff, so rightly so she deserves to enjoy the loads of money that terry does bring to the table; also let it be known she brings some money to the table too.
just like New Jersey wife, Jennifer aydin, she held it down when her husband was on med school, when she was pregnant with their second kid, living at her family house in michigan. they deserve to enjoy the money the guy works hard for, when they worked hard at raising kids and all that, mostly alone.

They're lucky someone in China saw that house and had to have it and had the money. Securing costs alone on that house was killing on that's the reason why they sold it after they completed it.
