    My gosh this ride must be at least 50+ years old! It was always my favorite. We rode it the first year it opened.

      I keep saying it needs TLC.. I've always loved this ride.

      Yes is does. I rode on it the year it opened and looked a bit too new. The stains are from decades of blue dye they used to put in the water.

    This is a can't miss attraction with this being the first log flume in existence.

    This is Flume 2, which was added in 1968. Flume 1 was built in 1963. I like Flume 1 better because it goes through the trees more and provides a bigger splash down at the end. Sadly, it isn’t operated as much anymore.

      Flume 1 was the only one operating today. And I agree, it’s very wooded and better because of it. And the hill at the end is great.
