Good luck! I’ve accepted that I’m always going to be a nicotine addict. But I don’t always have to be a nicotine user. Bupropion, which I take for depression and ADHD but doubles as a quit-smoking aid, helps. I always found the “3 days” thing false. The worst cravings (feeling like my skin is being shocked by a low-level tazer and my lung tissue feeling like it has a constant nicotine erection) are always 12-13 days for me. Right around day 12-13, the worst of the physical urge dies down and the suffering that feels like it will last forever goes away.

I quit smoking in September 2021, I switched to vaping, and now almost a year ago I switched to those Zyn nicotine pouches you put in your lip. I never had a problem with cigarettes, it's the nicotine that im addicted too. Good luck

Good luck man. All former smokers have a similar story. Hell! I even tried acupuncture. And thanks for wearing the T-shirt. You're the best!
Thanks and I wear this shirt more than you know! One of my favs! :D
I made the same decision after 10 years of smoking, congratulations and may it be the best for you!
Thank you! Still going strong and feeling better everyday :-)
Good luck Mike! If you've already done it with alchohol I hope it's easier the second time with smoking. Great choice anyway. I believe in you
Thanks man.
