Superb Video Kayode! So glad to see you using lenses that not everyone uses, some not so popular lenses. Which is even crazier when you add the fact that you get the absolute best image from the Sony ecosystem that I've ever seen. Also helpful that you know exactly how to use each lens.
thank you Jay, yeah I've come to realise some of these softer, smaller and older lenses are actually pretty good when couples with these new sensors. There's a time and a place for GMs and I'm honestly bored of that super sharp look these days

Outstanding Video! I am still growing in videography and the simplicity and depth of your setup is really inspiring. I have the FX3 and love it but you are so right I recently had to spring for the Ninja V to actually be able to setup my shots lol. Otherwise I am blown away. Thanks for the peak into your bag! Glad I can help Will, I feel like I’ve done the big and hefty rigs and lens set ups in the past and now I’m slowly realising to keep things small and simple. Gives me more time to focus on my shot also. 🙌🏿

I just recently got a ZV-E1. Learning how to use it, so I can get footage like that. 😍

We are waiting patiently for you color grading tutorial as you promised. We got the Luts. However, colors are way far than what we see here hahaha.

Do you see a vast difference in the image quality of the FX3 and A1? I've been obsessed with your quality and color processing for a while Kayode keep up the fantastic work, your films inspire me!
Only real difference would be the A1 does 8K so it might use a downsampled image for 4K.

Please tell me, what do you think about lenses with f4 aperture?
For example, Sony 24-105 or 20-70. How dark will it be to shoot indoor with poor light?
f4 and f2,8 are one stop. How important is this for a camera like the Sony FX3?

When you shoot with your A1, do you actually shoot in 8k or drop down to 4k? If so, has the rolling shutter been an issue for you?

Great insight! You didn't mention anything about gimbals though, which are you using and why? 😁 I'm not much of a gimbal user myself, but dipping into it more now. Seems like a lot of work having such a variety of lenses and balancing! Kudos on another great video!

stick to light lenses if you can, the RS3 is very forgiving if not balanced correctly, this couples with a light lens set up means you can swap out quite fast@@bryllupsvideografIsak

100% A7Siii, that viewfinder is an underrated addition that the FX3 doesn’t have
So the 2023 WIMB video you said about the FX30 not having a viewfinder was a con. Do you find that with the ZV-E1?
The ZVE1 being full frame in such a small and light package makes up for that

You have some great gear. How do you decide what frame rate you’re going to film in ?
thank you, if there's any dialogue or talking it's 25p. 50p is mostly used for the couples portrait sessions and reception details. I build the edit in my head prior to going into the wedding and shooting.
For your Mini 3 Pro, do you shoot in D-Cine or do you just shoot with the standard profile?

Hii bro i have been watching your videos from ling time now and I haven’t seen you were using tamron 28 75 for long time and now i think you were using sigma 24 70 and i am a wedding videographer/ partial photography too and i want a zoom lens for a one lens usage in more scenarios and i was thinking of purchasing sigma 24 70 but bit confused why should i buy 28 75 and same some money too and please help me with which to buy , which good be good investment?
Do you ever shoot handheld for any part of the wedding day?
Absolutely, been doing it for groom prep. Graceful gimbal movements for bride prep. It’s a nice contrast in the edit.
@@i_am_kayode Awesome. My camera doesn’t have IBIS so I’m shuffling between tripod and gimbal. I only do handed for some high energy moments in the reception where a gimbal can be quite limiting.

pls how do export 8k video whenever you used FX3 and A1 together. do you upscale FX3 clips to 8k because i’m sure that camera doesn’t shoot 8k lol. only Sony A1 does. just curious. i’m planing to upgrade my Sony A7siii to Sony A1 in 2024 btw. Thank you bro.
Correct, the FX3 footage is upscaled when put on an 8K timeline/project

Hi kayode, one question. You ise the tamron 70-180 any issues will vibration? As it doesnt have IS? I know thr g2 does, i am using a7iv what stablize mode should i use? Cam on tripod.
yeah I noticed that the G2 has vibration motors, I've managed to live without it all these years with no issues but having it could have been helpful on the odd job where there was micro-jitters from people walking around/near the tripod. Using the active stabilisation helps a lot if you don't mind the crop btw.

Also another question, the sony zv e1, looking to get it. But does it overheat in 4k 60? Max lenth of clips will be aroung 15-20 mins(speeches) other clips will be like under 1 min all day,let me know! Thanks kayode
might be pushing it at 20mins in 4k 60, how comes you're shooting dialogue/talking shots in those settings? 24p/30p would be better for that@@mrtechyt7186
@@i_am_kayode i cant be bothered to change back anf forth, usually i just leave one setting all day. For general use should be fine right? In 4k 60, looking to get rid of the a7 iv and get these instead, as a7 iv is cropped 4k

Not everything, I use lights for prep and the reception only

I take the tamron for overseas weddings because of the lighter weight. The sigma I use for local wedding jobs.
