Sir I have Grand i10 nios Asta AMT. I purchased it on July 2022. I agree to you Seats bahut bekaar hai mere back pain rehne lag gyi hai.... Back seat is also very bouncy on highway and pot holes..
For what exactly u bought this car? For drag race? I hv the same sportz amt. Inside my apartments, im supposed to maintain 8 kmph. If i go beyond 10 or 15 kmh, gear shifts to 2. On highway it runs like breeze. So dont tell it takes time and shitty gear box. May be u hv ruined ur gear box due to ur driving style. Its been almost 3.5 years with this car and love driving on highway. I get a fantastic mileage out of it and its such a breeze to drive thru traffic. Hyundai’s amt is the best calibrated gear box when compared to others! This is jus ur personal view. To the viewers - there is absolutely nothing wrong with this amt and if u want a really capable small family car, go for it! Dont go by these videos. Go n take a test drive and decide!
Buddy the title of the video says ownership review so it’s obviously my own POV and how i felt about it, i clearly mentioned that its not for enthusiasts as me being one didn’t enjoy it, forget driving it crazily even a quick over take was not that comfortable! Talking about fuel economy, the conditions (area, speed of traffic in my area, quality of traffic and roads in my area) are properly mentioned, and there are no two ways that with the same driver in different area/conditions fuel economy varies. So you can not compare it with your experience. And ruining my gear box ? 😂 i drove it just for 15k kms in-fact not even me my dad did who drives in a way more sanely manner than me so no chance of damaging the gear box ! Just to let you know it was like this from day one it self. I can agree with the fact that you may have a different way to look at things but the same advice of taking a test drive of the competitors applies to you as well and you’ll get to know which amt is best calibrated
03:40 That's why I bought nios corporat edition instead of sportz. In corporate edition I got analogue meter and 15 inch tyres 175/60 R15 and in sportz only auto ac was extra other than that its a good package.
Agar siraf A-B jaane ke liye chhaiye and you barely have any enthusiasm for driving a car toh theek hai, yes over takes and all are also not so easy ! They have to be properly planned and need space.
see the main issue was the gear box response so go for any amt it really wont be that smooth, i would suggest if its possible to stretch the budget a bit then go for i20 because it comes with a cvt/dct gear box.

i drove around 1200 kms with this car and found car to be comfortable and pocket friendly…you might have car worth much more than that so performance ought be better than this but for middle class families this is very good car and i see value for money car

Bro my santro xing has better build quality frankly. I drove solo from mumbai to lahul,koksar,kasol and jibhi. Aut to jibhi very bad roads, steep roads and narrow ones. When going from mumbai Jaipur one go 22.30.and when on return ajmer mumbai one go 19.45 hrs. I trusted that car without air bags and stuff due to the steel. Few pics and shorts on this channel. But santro xing had the strongest monoque frame of its time and second only to tatas in current segment. I did it just to do something hatke. What do u think abt the altroz xza +s dca variant. Or even of the iturbo. If u have any friends who have either of these 2 cars do their review if u can
umm i dont have atroz in my friend circle but you can definitely go ahead with I myself am using a tata nexon, the build quality is amazing plus the service network is amazing, though quality is not upto the mark in some dealers. But if safety and build quality is more important to you than the feel good and luxury feel go for tata cars any day
we ourselves had not 1 but 2 santros in the family back in the days when it was the fav car of every Indian, one hell of a car it is ! the only reason we trusted hyundai and went ahead with i10

Bhai aaj hi test drive ki hain maine 2024 i10 ki. Seat ki baat sach batai aapne. 15 min test drive mein peet mein dard shuru hua. Last week Tiago chalayi thi. Not a bit of back pain, itne comfortable seats maine shayad kahi dekhe hain.

papa ji ko pranam 😂 that is why it feels smooth Bro. otherwise you would feel jerk pickup. i have manual model. swift literally feels very cheap . i have test ridden both and took i10 nios just because of the smooth engine and how silent it is. why in the world any one wants to hear engine sound inside cabin. 😂 and btw i think you guys are targeting pocket friendly cars. 😂 1st is old i10 and now nios and again Nexon ev . all 3 are very pocket friendly maintenance.
Gearshift jerks ki baat kar raha tha mai, see video mai its hard to explain the jerks! And any day hyundai engines are more refined than suzuki but in our indian car market someone looking for a city car would might want a decent fuel economy which is better in swift And I specifically mentioned its the gearbox tuning which is better in swift not the engine. And bhai its not about targeting pocket friendly cars, this was just an ownership experience And boss nexon ev trust me its really not friendly for the pocket to buy one !

I'm using nios Asta AMT. Mostly driving in highways... Max mileage obtained 22kmpl... average is 19kmpl.. Ride is very smooth, noiseless, but little bouncy in rear seat.. i use seat belt in rear too.. feeling very comfortable now.. Accepted that bouncy in pot hole roads... so We need to buy only good high price SUVs... For middle class people like us.. this car is god's gift compared to other cars in this segment..

Baleno is from a segment above and its competition is i20 instead of i10, however if you ask me i haven’t tried my hands on the new baleno yet, still based on the reviews from the experts of this industry you can go ahead with the baleno as it has now much better build quality and more feature loaded. The gear box is again almost the same as of swift’s so in this amt avatar baleno > i10

Go for Tiago AMT , its stability & suspension is amazing. Also it has improved a lot after BS6 Phase 2 engine.
