1. Nasal Spray 2-3 sprays per nostril, 2-3x a day

I was starting to have hearing problems and pressure, but i got Denbrox Ear Wax remover and it broke down the ear wax and i flushed warm water with a bulb syringe into my ear - then used an ear wax spoon in a kit from Amazon and it is so much better. Must be super gentle with the ear spoon and careful not to get close to eardrum.

Helpful hint: An older lady who retired from nursing said that if they had to give ear drops on the peds floor, they would put the bottle in their bra for about 15-20 minutes before administering. She said it made the drops the perfect temp.
I recently did this at work the other day with the over the counter ear drops I had bought when I had an ear ache (that didn't work of course) I put the little bottle down in my bra for a while as I worked around the office so it could reach body temp at least before putting in my ear. Lol. Good the know other ladies use their pillows like I do lol
I did the same thing when my husband had his ear infection and was putting in prescription ear drops. It made a world of difference. The girls are really toasty and they do the job of warming the drops very well.
you can also put it under your arm if you don't wear a bra (or are a man)

My doubt:
1. Pouring oil into the ear is ok? Like does it not harm ear drum?

How much of olive oil and tree oil did you add to the dropper? I’ve been having pain in my ear with allergies that started 3 weeks ago. I’ve taking steroids but still hurting. Doctor said I have fluid. I don’t feel it clogged up, just the pain.

I understand if we go gluten-free the sinuses could clear up a lot too it would be worth trying it for 30 days and see if you feel better I think wouldn’t hurt
I just did the nasal spray and tea tree oil + boiling water and though it didn’t completely fix the pain (I’m pretty positive I have an ear infection) it made it manageable and cleared my sinuses 😍 THANK YOU!!!!!! Just an hour ago I was in tears from the throbbing pain and now I may actually get some sleep!

Dr. Melissa you’re a lifesaver thank you so so much. I found this video after searching in the middle of the night trying to get some relief for my clogged ears. Amazon delivered the tea tree oil 6 hours later, I used method #3 and my ears immediately changed. The pressure and fluid was gone almost instantly. I also used the oil in my skeptical husbands clogged ears (the allergies in Texas right now are making us all miserable) and he also had instant relief. Thank you so much!!!!!!

@@6gatornation I just put a little less than 1/4 cup of oil into a bowl, added the tea tree oil, mixed it up and then used the dropper the tea tree oil came with bc I didn’t have a separate dropper bottle.
@@6gatornation I filled a 1 ounce dropper bottle with olive oil , then put 5 drops of tea tree oil in it. I have only done it once so far, no help at all. But then again, a lot of the oil rain out. I assume it will be better to keep head tipped to the side for a bit to keep it in there.

I’ve had head congestion for weeks. A humidifier has been the best thing that has worked for me. Both hot steam and cool mist. I kept it on all night and during the day sometimes. I tried the tea tree oil and olive oil in my ears. It did nothing so far. Worth a try. The neti pot seems to irritate me more than anything. Breathing in the tea tree oil seemed to help some. The facial massages help a lot. Also, a heating pad on my face and head help alleviate the pain. Good luck

Dr. Gallagher, this was such a helpful video, clearly presented. I’ve had a long-term blockage in my right ear, also involving my sinuses. I’ve been using all your techniques except the T-Relief, and the face and neck massage techniques you demonstrated in another video. I’ve been doing them daily for about 2 weeks and am seeing steady, encouraging progress. Because my blockage seems to be deeper in my ear I’ve added 2 other techniques that I wanted to share. One is a bentonite clay poultice on my neck just below and behind my ear. I put clay on a gauze bandage for at least 20 minutes or overnight. I also put some on a cotton ball and put it just inside the ear - not in the canal. Other times I make a castor oil compress and put them on the same areas. For extra impact cover the compress with plastic wrap, then a heating pad. The salt water spray has been great because I think I’m too clogged for the neti pot to really help. Also, the oregano oil behind the ear, even though it burns, has been really helpful. I wouldn’t have thought to put it there.

Or-Reg-an-o is a spice/herb used in cooking. The oil is great for many skin related problems to.
Nice girl.... Personally, I can rub oregano oil on and around my ear without it burning but seems some people can't. You can also use lavender oil. You can put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide into your ear canal. Lay on your side first, get the peroxide down in there good by tugging on your ear (no, it doesn't have to be warm), wait five to ten minutes then put a clean cotton ball in until it's time for the next treatment, maybe 4 hours or so later. Do this 3-4 times a day for two or three days at least. Will clear up most ear infections and you may have some wax or chunky gunk come loose as well. You can do this as many days as you need to to kill an infection, no side effects. The lavender oil relieves pain, rub it all around the outside of the ear and even down sides and back of neck, you probably won't need a carrier oil with it. This is all safe for children too but personally I wouldn't use it for babies or toddlers. I would try something homeopathic but less aggressive for them. But peroxide works well, worth trying if antibiotics don't help (ear infections can be either bacterial or viral). I've heard it helps a lot to get a spine adjustment from a chiropractor as well but I don't know why that is. It sounds good to me though, I'm going to try it soon.

George Panagiotou yes.. cover your head completely.. in through your nose and out your mouth. also, I added some Vicks to the water..
Ps- this remedy only helped temporarily. As it turns out, I had a sinus infection. With that being said, if it doesn’t clear up in a few days, you should go to the doctor.

I have some Frankincense and Myrrh in coconut oil carrier in a jar. I followed the protocol prescribed for the Oregano Oil topical application. So far, I believe its working in a very good way!
I've suffered from blocked ears all of my life. Ugh! I love my arnica pain relief spray, but I've never heard of it being used in this way before. The ti-tree is also a first...I have several bottles of it in my med cabinet. I've been using a pink salt inhaler for approx 1 mth. Fantastic for the chest, but it seems to help with earwax, too. Only time will tell, but I'll be trying some of your suggestions, as well. Thanks...I subscribed

I'm sitting here now with cotton balls in my ears treated with oil of oregano. Western medicine has sent me on a spiral of one illness after another for the past couple of months, each one a side effect of the previous pharmaceutical med. I read a comment below from one very unpleasant (unhappy?) person, so I felt compelled to add a positive review to neutralize their negative vibe. We are fortunate to have someone like you who is willing to freely share your education and experience with us in so many videos. Thank you again for your generosity and caring! It shows.
Follow up: After days of feeling like my head was in a fishbowl full of water, my ears have popped opened and my sinuses have loosened up. Not claiming a 100% miracle cure, but feeling much better and confident I won't have the nasty side effects that accompany lab-created meds. Plant-based is always better! I've used all but the fifth treatment you described in this video. I had been faithfully using my neti pot for a week, but I must be one of the lucky ones whose ear canals get blocked with the pot. How much olive oil did you use? I know it’s 7 drops of tea tree but how much olive oil?

Oregano is a Spanish word and she is pronouncing it correctly. In the US we pronounce it differently. Both are acceptable

Lay on my side, put several drops in my ear, left it 10 minutes and drained it out, the difference was noticeable right then, but much better the following morning, I repeated this about 4 times over the following week and have been free from that awful feeling of liquid in my middle ear.
I hope it works for you, it's a horrid feeling which I had for months.

so sorry you guys I never saw these replies, my notifications were turned off. But I did the tea tree oil steam and the oregano. The oregano is what really got rid of the pain and drained but the tea tree steam was also amazing. I would also recommend doing a lymphatic drain massage and I think she has a video on that as well. Also, at ur local health foods store they might have drops that are specifically for putting in your ears. Hope this helps you all! Feel better :)

The Tea Tree oil ear drops worked immediately. I didn't have time to put down the dropper and felt sucj great drainage. I now have a Kleenex ready for the runny nose . It felt great. I also sprinkle oregano oil on my bedding... So soothing and calming.

I’ve been experiencing clogged ear sensation for over 3yrs. I’d love to remedy this. Tried most of what she describes with only temporary results. But I’m soo ready to try more aggressive approach’s. Without minor surgeries.
You might want to consult a good chiropractor too.

@@lorrainecowie6269, have you talked to your doctor about it or do you live in England where there is not much chance of seeing one face to face( that's terrible). I saw a ear,nose and throat specialist she told me that my ear was so blocked that she couldn't test them . It was her who told me to use warm olive oil two or three times a day . I read on another site that putting it with tea tree oil is a good idea.it didn't take long about three weeks . I was in my kitchen and heard a strange noise in my ear and when when into the living room the sound of my radio just hit me ,it was like a miracle. I believe my ear blockage is caused by allergies and sinusitis. I wish you the best and hope the oils help you .sylvia

I"ve been in agony (off and on) for weeks with my clogged ears and pain - the olive oil with tea tree oil worked like a charm. I'm so relieved. Thank you for this information. I also put some oregano oil around my ear and it was really burning, so I'll probably add a bit of a carrier oil (argan) to that next.
What kind of olive oil did you use?

I've been dealing with 1 ear clogged/plugged for about 2 weeks & I began to have issues with the other ear as well. It has been driving me crazy so I began searching & found this video. The ENT specialist act as if I’m crazy or over reacting! My GP prescribed Allegra and the ENT told me to take a prescribed nasal spray….haven’t done either for fear it’s gone make it worse. I go back in a couple of weeks so they can see if there is a blockage. Been feeling so down and not my usual bubbly self 🥺

This is wonderful info. Thank you. I have a blocked ear from a sinus infection (one week and counting). I had tubes in my ear as a young kid (2yo, I am now 41). I understand that the tubes usually fall out but are there any contraindications I should consider before trying the warm olive oil and tea tree oil? That is, it is safe? Thank you again.

I suffered for weeks with a blocked left ear and I was going crazy !! The Tea Tree Oil ( I bought at Walmart ) worked in 1 day !!! What a life saver ! The Dr is correct , DO NOT use more drops ! This stuff is so strong.
I used 2 drops in 8 Oz of steam water. I originally used 3-4 drops and it was way too strong to breathe in. So I diluted it.

I find adding 1 to 2 drops at first works good and is very strong. After a few minutes, it is not as potent, so I add another drop.

Julie Kurashima ohh polyps can be tricky. First approach is yeast reduction. And inflammation reduction. Several of these can be helpful.

@@liorahess 2 years here. Obviously people see a doctor if it’s been going on for a long time lol I saw a doctor after a month. Been to several different ENTs. Was “inflammation from an ear infection”. Take these steroids, do this saline spray, take this corticosteroid, etc the doctors say. some might help a little but nothing has taken it away completely.it’s like living in a prison and no one knows that you are struggling with it because it’s in your own head.

~ Old Italian remedy for ear pain. A long slender clove of garlic in the ear. Cut the tip off and insert - _not too deep !_ Leave in several hours or overnight. The fumes/oil do the trick. Some use garlic oil drops instead.
