It’s actually a good policy because doing a lot of activities in just sandals is dangerous sandals are only good for like walking from your room to the bathroom and coming back but not for an actual activity that takes effort and time like it could miss up your feet so it’s better to wear socks and shoes only problem is that it could miss up the time period feel of one piece but I didn’t notice it too much while watching
