Same for me. This game is special, it has a soul. It is alive and immersive. The characters are all charismatic. The fascinating story. And that musical theme ... So powerful. 😍😍😍 We are the Inquisition. 💪☺️❤️
RatchildUK I literally cannot decide if this is sarcasm or not xD Because while part of me loves it, part of finds the Deep Roads creepy. I think Dragon Age Origins traumatized me with the Paragon of her kind or whatever quest xD
***** Do you mean because the breasts/nudity? Because the game shows some of that already, which make me wish they would have put a couple of desire demons in the game. Desire demons in current gen graphics would be pretty sweet.
I think I might know what this DLC is about. Lyrium is becoming a conscious being. DA:I already showed that Lyrium is alive since it could become infected by the blight and turn into Red Lyrium. That monster at the end of the trailer looked like Lyrium pulled a bunch of rocks together to defend itself. So my money is on Lyrium becoming sentient and in doing so is causing something to happen.
Lion_Turtle That monster at the end is most likely a rock wraith from Dragon Age 2. And we haven't seen red lyrium in the trailer at all. So i doubt it.
VaultBoy111 From the Trivia section about Lyrium. "Some scholars believe that lyrium is alive.[18] In Dragon Age: Inquisition, a similar conjecture is made by Bianca who states that red lyrium is tainted, and Blight doesn't infect minerals, only animals."
The 5th Blight happened because the Architect was doing Science on the sleeping god of beauty and music... Why should he not be doing more Science on Lyrium's taint resistance... Or some such.
Lord Petyr Littlefinger Baelish There's one more after this. Probably dealing with Solas ''Wolf hunt DLC'' probably like It was for Morrigan ''Witch Hunt''
Lord Petyr Littlefinger Baelish I'd actually enjoy if BioWare used a -- still, relatively -- new release of Dragon Age as a platform to periodically release new adventures for, big and small, whenever time allows and inspiration strikes. Inquisition, as an organization, deserves longevity, and it's nice to see the Inquisitor with a place in the world for them. It keeps the world alive, builds it on, and ties us over to the next release.
Lord Petyr Littlefinger Baelish BioWare have said they're not going to release a huge expansion for DAI like they did for Origins, and planned to for DA2, so I reckon we'll get a few more story DLC's after this one.
Can we just take a moment to appreciate how good the music in the game is, especially these DLC pieces. The music from the trailer for JoH was amazeballs and now this joins that prestige ranking. Composers have really outdone themselves.
***** I kinda want to see those again, they were freaky as fuck and brought something really heavy and dark to the world. I may be slightly masochistic.
***** Are you, perhaps, using the 'no desire demons=no broodmothers' statement? Because I don't think that's how it works here. (Still, I also kinda 'want' to see them again.)
This needs: 1) Tie in to the main plot 2) More companion interaction Jaws of Hakkon was pretty but it was just another boring big area with yet another dragon to fight. Don't do it again.
Nikolaj11 I dont think THIS needs that exactly. It is basically a giant dungeon crawl, there isn't going to be much room for in depth companion exposition. As for plot, its blight and darkspawn. I mean, its literally one of the main points of the entire series, the Inquisition is simply tieing in to that rather than the other way around. I think what you're asking for would be better served in a more narrative based DLC like Witch Hunt, Awakening or Citadel, which this clearly isn't. =O
Northstar1109 People need to care about what is going on. No one gave a damn about Jaws of Hakkon because it did not feel personal. It was literally "Oh, the last Inquisitor died here, we have nothing better to do so lets waste resources trying to find him." "Oh a cult is summoning a posessed dragon, cool. We never fought any dragons before." Meanwhile the companions had almost no added lines at all, and Cassandra was the only one who interacted in any cutscenes. Dragon Age is supposed to be the grand story told through the companions, Bioware needs to get this right in their DLC, because they didn't in the main game.
Cyberdemon1542 ...I'm a Witcher fanboy, and I take offense to that, because I'm also a Dragon Age fanboy. I mean seriously, you all act like you're not allowed to love something and still acknowledge its flaws or enjoy more than one franchise. Yeesh.
i too am a fanboy of both games BUT lets face it: witcher3 does many many thungs better than dai. like SIDEMISSION AND STORY. things that matter a lot in rpgs. Just play witcher man... i just bought haws of hakkon and i ll wait to buy this dlc also before my 2nd playthrough
Sigrun goes for her Calling at the end of Awakening. She's probably dead. Would be great to see Oghren and Nathaniel again, though. Maybe Velanna, but it's vague what happened to her after Awakening.
John Dobbs Yeah that´s right, there was story choices for Oghren in DA Keep, but we never actually meet him or even got him mentioned in DAI, why would they have that in there if there was´nt gonna be something planned for him in DAI?
Taryn Parker Even if you killed him he could be back. He's one of the Tevinter magisters who breached the Fade with Corypheus. Corypheus could jump bodies like an Archdemon so why not the Architect?
Daniel Pahman They had originally planned for him to show up during the "Here Lies The Abyss" quest chain, so it could be possible that he will make an appearence in this DLC :) (Also, IIRC David Gaider said that if you killed him then he's dead.)
Georgia Vlogs They have made it clear they will never show up in person, and after how badly Hawke went over it's very unlikely they will go back on that.
Thanotos Omega Hawke went over badly because they weren't controlled by the player. I would love to have my warden back as long as I was able to play as her.
TBH that Solas revelation deserves to be expanded upon in its own game. I'm not expecting DLC to be able to fully capture the awesomeness that is that storyline.
I just played throught this DLC, and I must say It was an improvement from Jaws of Hakkon, despite the world quests and such being as many, you focus MUCH more on the task at head, more like the old Origins DLC's, interesting lore, interesting characters. I'd recommend it if your a dwarf fan by far. Impressive looks to it, i had my jaw open just staring at the places. :-)
Not many people seem to know what's going on with Dragon Age: Inquisition in terms of future DLCs, so, as someone who has been keeping up to date with DLC news, I thought I'd just let you guys know what could be in store. - A survey from Bioware was leaked online. On this survey, a potential expansion pack was described. The description included: "Decide the final fate of the Inquisition." "Assassins strike from the shadows." "A Qunari invasion." - this seems plausible as the most recently released DLC was the content pack 'Spoils of the Qunari'. Similarly, 'Spoils of the Avvar' was released around the same time as 'Jaws of Hakkon', the DLC in which you face Avvar. "Confront the one who started it all." - This is most likely referring to Solas, as he is the one *SPOILERS* who gave Corypheus the orb used to open the Breach. This post-campaign expansion pack, although not every detail may be accurate, is definitely in development right now. Mark Darrah (works for Bioware on Dragon Age) recently tweeted that he is, "KEENLY aware that people are waiting for an expansion that will explore the events of Dragon Age: Inquisition post-campaign. " This is a very heavy hint that this expansion will take place. It is likely that the expansion will be a large one, and it could also mean more companion and LI interaction - something I know loads of people, including myself, have been waiting for. It would also mean, however, that The Descent is not going to be anything to do with Inquisition's main story, and will more likely be a side story like that of the Jaws of Hakkon DLC. This would make sense as The Descent can be played both during the events of DA:I and after - it's highly unlikely there'd be anything about Solas if he's standing right next to you while you're cringing away from a Broodmother *shudders*. I think that's everything for the moment. Still looking forward to this DLC, though. I've finished everything, so I'll take any extra content I can get. Doesn't "deciding the final fate of the Inquisition" sound ominous, though? I'm just hoping that no one's going to die. Although that has been hinted at on Twitter as well... Oh well, we'll have to wait and see, won't we? ;)
Scroll Corypheus already told us (and I believe him) that the "Golden" City was already the Black City when he and the other magisters got there, implying that while they may have been corrupted and brought back the Blight to the real world from the Fade, they weren't actually being punished by the Maker or anything. So if it's about how Blight got to the Fade in the first place, count me in.
k01dsv Much like all the other replies have said, Bioware have pretty much confirmed that the Warden will never appear. They said the main issue they have is the voice. The Warden was not voiced originally, and the devs feel as though no matter what voice they use too many fans will feel it is unfaithful to their original Warden.
Will these be the same Deep Roads from Origins? As in Ortan Thaig, Kadesh Thaig, ect? That would be cool. I was hoping with all of Bioware's hints that we'd also get to revisit Orzammar, but I figured they might've shown or previewed that here in this trailer if it were the case. That's too bad. Good to see actual darkspawn again, and not just the human-like Hurlocks that were already present in this game that barely even felt like darkspawn. Ogres! Also wonder if it's possible Oghren makes a cameo. Doubtful, but who knows. Interaction between Oghren and Varric would be gold.
I'm getting ready to play this DLC and thought I'd check out the trailer for this and Trespasser just for kicks. I didn't get back into gaming until 2016. The last game I played before then was on a second-generation console. Anyway, it just boggles my mind with all the hate people give various games. What in the heck happened to play what you want and play what you like? There's always some hate and I think it's so stupid.
If bioware they say that the warden dies and we have no impact on wether on it then I will go on the forums and rage to hell at bioware while crying because unlike the other two games, most of us fans got really emotionally attached to the warden!
And I had money on the next DLC being Qunari based after Spoils of the Qunari... Hopefully we PS4 owners aren't gonna be waiting for this as long as we were for Jaws of Hakkon.
The Descent was a decent DLC. I actually like it more than Trespasser. Still, such a wasted opportunity to not have included the Hero of Ferelden in this DLC.
This DLC opens the window to meet the Hero of Ferelden and The Architect, Remeber what Morrigan or Leliana (depending on the romance) say about the Warden; finding a way to stop the Calling and on top of that they also have a way to include Kal Sharok in the game something we've yet to see in a DA game.
btw if anyone is wondering if the Architect was a magister, then yeah. David Gaider said "he's the same type of character as Corypheus, absolutely." but it's unsure if they'll do anything involving him.
THAT BRIDGE! IS IT REALLY THAT BRIDGE?! I couldnt get to play this yet but i gotta tell it feels soo nice to see somewhere we know from the earlier games!
Che Masangkay The DLC is most likely based before the final boss with options of playing it afterwards. Therefore Solas would be there if still a companion. It's nothing special :P
One thing I like that Inquisition had done is make the Fade all kinds of fucked up. I mean the starting scene has you walking on ceilings and then you have these strange little created worlds. What I like about how this DLC looks is that it takes Origins' Deep Roads and makes it big and dark like it should always be.
Bryan Kilmer Yeah, after all the Razikale stuff at the Tevinter ruin in JAH, I would be very surprised if it was another Archdemon. I look forward to zapping him with the staff I looted from his temple.
EA, Bioware, it is bullshit that you released the game on two systems you have absolutely no interest in supporting. Why release the game at all on PS3 or 360 if you were just going to turn around and say, "fuck you" to the fans who purchased the game on these systems?
They were going to have to phase out PS3 and 360 eventually. It sucks for those that can't afford current gen but they're gonna have to get over it and save up for a PS4/XBone. It does seem strange that they won't release the DLC for those people, but if that were me I'd count myself lucky just for having been able to own the game despite having not updated. Hell, I updated my console FOR Inquisition, even though I didn't really need to.
Healoz That's true enough. I'll buy a current-gen console at some point but EA is going to be disappointed if they're expecting me to buy the same game twice plus the cost of the DLC.
Yeah, I do get that and it sucks. I'd say get a PS4/XBone/PC, but if you already own the game, don't bother re-buying it. Just make do with watching let's plays or walkthroughs of any DLC you miss and by the time the next game comes out (which I highly doubt will be AFTER whatever next gen will be is out) you'll have been caught up and it won't matter that you didn't own the DLC for choices because we have the Keep system now.
So no HoF, no Wardens, not connected to the main story. Just another filler story like Hakkon? Guess my Inquisitor won't have any plans going out Skyhold.
17Haru17 Hakkon's area was great (the best part about the DLC), but as for content recycled. Story wise, there wasn't a whole lot of content in the DLC. If you'd only do the story you could finish the DLC in 2 hours.
Mart R. Yeah, but it's also about exploring the area and reading all of the little notes and things to flesh out the lore of the area. I always hated it how Dark Souls gets praised for having lore in text form while Inquisition gets alternatively criticized for its low production values or just has its lore entries overlooked entirely based on some arbitrary measure of it being 'more AAA.'
Why are people wondering whether or not the Grey Wardens will be part of this? It's not another blight (I think). I'm fairly certain the Legion of the Dead handle darkspawn matters when there's no blight.
Does anyone know what song they used in this trailer? I'm guessing it's either audiomachine or two steps from hell who made it but I'm not sure. I wish they would post the song title in the description.
This DLC would look so damn epic in a movie, mor course all of Dragon age but imagine they walking in these forgotten halls and huge caves, the broken bridges and statues, forgotten chambers and ruins of what once was the greatest empire in all of Thedas. And to that put on some awesome dark spawn fights and a super epic soundtrack. Of all of Dragon Age this is the part I would most want to see on film. Second most is the epic battle in Denerim and third the Duel between Hawke and the Arishok.
I found everything with potential though. The beautiful forrests of the emerald graves (a pity it isn't a part of the main story) The grateness of skyhold, The opression in the Cirkle of Magi. But the Deep Roads has the most potential. What gives it the most potential I think is something we can't find in the real world. We can find beautiful forrests and high towers, we can visit former prisons and high castles but there is no deep roads spamming an entire continent, also that so much is obviously forgotten about it. Sure the elves has forgotten most to but where the elves are whiny about it the dwarves fight to reclaim it for real. This has been a big problem for me in DA actully. All the Dalish Elves does is to hope that one person in each clan, which qalmost never meet eachother, will be able to regain their immortality and magic. When they instead could try to unite themselves together. Evolve and create new magic. Cause what I see isn't a forgotten people fighting for their rights I see whiny bastards who is to busy to live in the past t even see what really is best for them. But the dwarves on the other hand, They fight the darkspawn to reclaim their lost cities and learn from the past, the continue invent new stuff. They study the old in order to learn what they shall do next. Though they are also traditionalists they don't whine of what they lost they actully do something about it. Sorry got a little carried away there :P
YESSSSS THE DARKSPAWN ARE BACK
TemMiku Sure DAO Deep Roads were tiring, but with the new Engine i think it will be much better and unique, just look at all the different environments they can create now.
TemMiku Will! :(
Hannibal cancelled. Silent Hills cancelled. At least there's going to be a new DAI DLC :(
***** except for the users of ps3 and xbox360 sadly ;(
***** Atleast MGSV and Fallout 4 will be here this year.
TemMiku the darkspawn in Inquisition aren't like they were in DA:O. In DA:O they felt like a real threat to me. hopefully the combat against the darkspawn will be better
Dragon age inquisition has a very special place in my heart❤️
Аминь, брат! Абсолютно поглощающая франшиза!
Александр Портман I have no idea what you said but fuck yeah man!
Spruskinzie mooskenzie ha love this comment
May I remind you that the Greywardens who went into the darkroads never came back. DUNCANN Theedas needs you, don't die for a king when you need to be king of the wardens. Amaranthine has the Army, Rally all the Wardens!!
Same for me. This game is special, it has a soul. It is alive and immersive. The characters are all charismatic. The fascinating story. And that musical theme ... So powerful. 😍😍😍 We are the Inquisition. 💪☺️❤️
Yeeeeees, thank you Bioware. The deep roads and dwarven lore has always been my favourite aspect of Thedas' history.
RatchildUK Same! so much mystery and lost knowledge down there, someone gotta go look for it :)
RatchildUK yes the same thing thanks bioware
RatchildUK I literally cannot decide if this is sarcasm or not xD Because while part of me loves it, part of finds the Deep Roads creepy. I think Dragon Age Origins traumatized me with the Paragon of her kind or whatever quest xD
deep roads has always been creepy
+Alannah TheSuccubusQueen The brood mother part is what creeped me out
Brace yourself for Broodmothers in HD.
Eric Coldfire Yay for lots of saggy boobs!
Eric Coldfire Uhaaaa! :c
Eric Coldfire
They already were in HD. Dragon Age came out on PC, 360, and PS3...I guess you mean HDD.
Eric Coldfire Frostbite 3 FTW
***** Do you mean because the breasts/nudity? Because the game shows some of that already, which make me wish they would have put a couple of desire demons in the game. Desire demons in current gen graphics would be pretty sweet.
This really felt like a DAI: Dragon Age Origins DLC
Those running animations at 1:12 though...
Hahah xD
I think I might know what this DLC is about.
Lyrium is becoming a conscious being. DA:I already showed that Lyrium is alive since it could become infected by the blight and turn into Red Lyrium. That monster at the end of the trailer looked like Lyrium pulled a bunch of rocks together to defend itself.

Lion_Turtle That monster at the end is most likely a rock wraith from Dragon Age 2. And we haven't seen red lyrium in the trailer at all. So i doubt it.
VaultBoy111 There was blue lyrium tho.
RivalAdmirer21 Blue lyrium isn't nearly as addictive and dangerous as red lyrium
I hope this is not the last DLC, you guys need to make something as big as Awakening (an expansion that will allow us to meet the real Solas)
Lord Petyr Littlefinger Baelish There's one more after this. Probably dealing with Solas ''Wolf hunt DLC'' probably like It was for Morrigan ''Witch Hunt''
Exactly! DAI needs it's own Awakenings type of expansion
Lord Petyr Littlefinger Baelish I'd rather something character based like the Citadel dlc for mass effect 3
Oh you know, the whole of thedas is in trouble again. Just a regular tuesday
Naomi C. bad times
Naomi C. Nah, this sound worse then that, it must be a monday
Naomi C. ritual dismemberment tuesday
Just one thing....I'll freak out if I ever see another Broodmother again...
***** I kinda want to see those again, they were freaky as fuck and brought something really heavy and dark to the world. I may be slightly masochistic.

***** HD titties
And there goes my hopes about Grey Wardens getting involved.. ;(
You and me both :(
***** Yea especially a certain Warden :( i hope we get to see him/her again in the future.
***** Hopefully in the next DLC. Or you never know he might be involved in this one.
Fuck that sucks.
***** Bioware breaks my hearth every time :c
The final boss to this mission will forever be the hardest
Varric hates caves...should I take him with me or not ?
SpardaLDK89 Alway take Solas on the first playthrough. Very interesting dialogue.
My plan. :))
+SpardaLDK89 You definitley should, he has more commentary than most of the other companions.
+SpardaLDK89 Force his punk ass to go, I'm finna make him run into hordes of dark spawn alone.
Don't bring Blackwall, you would assume him being a Warden he have some dialogue but nope.. Recommend bringing Iron Bull, Dorian and Varric.
This needs:
1) Tie in to the main plot
2) More companion interaction
Jaws of Hakkon was pretty but it was just another boring big area with yet another dragon to fight. Don't do it again.
Nikolaj11 Agreed. We need more conversation options with companions and your LI.
Nikolaj11 I want more Scout Harding. She's way better a romance than Cass and Josie.
TheScumbagofNewYork Everyone wants more Scout Harding buddy :)
Northstar1109 People need to care about what is going on. No one gave a damn about Jaws of Hakkon because it did not feel personal. Dragon Age is supposed to be the grand story told through the companions, Bioware needs to get this right in their DLC, because they didn't in the main game.
The Darkspawn in that Veilguard trailer looked goofy.
The new game is already one big joke and will flop big time.

Tf is that running animation 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Time to wait for a annoying witcher fanboy to bash dragon age and praise the witcher
Iqbalx1 The worst kind of fanboy is a Witcher fanboy.
Iqbalx1 The Witcher 3 is crap. And Dragon Age Inquisition isn't much better. Bad games, average stories, great characters.
Cyberdemon1542 ...I'm a Witcher fanboy, and I take offense to that, because I'm also a Dragon Age fanboy.

Fuck yes, Dragon Age back to its roots!
Still having a PTSD because of that Emissary Alpha on Nightmare difficulty.
Will we finally see the Architect again?
Daniel Pahman That's what I'm wondering.
Daniel Pahman I'm glad I'm not the only one who wants to see him again (he lives in my canon world state)
Taryn Parker Even if you killed him he could be back. He's one of the Tevinter magisters who breached the Fade with Corypheus. Corypheus could jump bodies like an Archdemon so why not the Architect?
Daniel Pahman They had originally planned for him to show up during the "Here Lies The Abyss" quest chain, so it could be possible that he will make an appearence in this DLC :)
(Also, IIRC David Gaider said that if you killed him then he's dead.)
Mario Eberle Why did they cut him from that quest chain? :S
It's not Dragon Age without deep roads and Darkspawn :)
...and they all got the blight and died. The end.
I just hope the Inquisitor doesn't destroy all the darkspawn that is a Warden thing.
*HEAVY BREATHING*
For everyone saying they want the Warden. Bioware has made it clear that they have no intention to bring back the Warden.
Exactly, move on people.
LordJaric Well, not for now.
Except for leaving Allistair In the game to give us vague hints about what happened to the Warden
I was hoping to see something to do with the Warden :{
Georgia Vlogs They have made it clear they will never show up in person, and after how badly Hawke went over it's very unlikely they will go back on that.
So did I :( guess the wardens story is truly over
Thanotos Omega It went over badly? I thought it was awesome
Thanotos Omega Hawke went over badly because they weren't controlled by the player. I would love to have my warden back as long as I was able to play as her.
***** People weren't pleased at how OOC they were, or that they were involved in a poorly done drama bait.
Ah the nostalgia...chopping genlocks, slicing hurlocks and setting ogres on fire i hope oghren was here. Miss ya Oghren;(
TBH that Solas revelation deserves to be expanded upon in its own game. I'm not expecting DLC to be able to fully capture the awesomeness that is that storyline.
So,basically the Fellowship of The Ring goes deep into Moria and fights a Balrog...

Jewel Mechanical more likely an old god who hasn't been turned into an archdemon...yet
Still no warden in inquisition?
k01dsv And there won't be ! Mike Laidlaw pretty much confirmed it.
k01dsv They can never implement the Warden in Inquisition that would satisfy everybody.
***** Just think about it ! Different races, different gender and specialization. Different romances and voices. That's a lot of work.
k01dsv Much like all the other replies have said, Bioware have pretty much confirmed that the Warden will never appear. They said the main issue they have is the voice. The Warden was not voiced originally, and the devs feel as though no matter what voice they use too many fans will feel it is unfaithful to their original Warden.
Bethesda shook the world with a voiced protagonist, no more excuses Bioware.
I would totally build myself a house dwarven style if I had the money.
redomer who wouldn't
Deep roads have always been my favorite, and we just got teased with them in vanilla Inquisition. It's time for my Dwarfquisitor to return home!
Interaction between Oghren and Varric would be gold.
amarillo315 Why would you want to revisit old locations if there are so many interesting new we haven't seen yet.
VaultBoy111 Nostalgia, guy.
amarillo315 I need Oghren/Varric banter now. They would both be disgusted by each other, and it would be beautiful.
It is stupid but it can depend on the game. I can understand the hate for the sims 4 as example. It's more of a corpse now due to ea's lust for money.
YES!!!! Hopefully the Warden is involved somehow! *fingers crossed*
Just pray my friend. If the Maker does not hear us now, just pray.
If bioware they say that the warden dies and we have no impact on wether on it then I will go on the forums and rage to hell at bioware while crying because unlike the other two games, most of us fans got really emotionally attached to the warden!
That dwarf sounded like Oghren. He was my favorite companion from Origins and I hope thats him.
Me: Bioware thank you for releasing this dlc before the end of the summer term.
That is all....
dragon age:inquisition DLC: "the descent" и "tresspasser". Шикарные дополнения, красивые и атмосферные
And I had money on the next DLC being Qunari based after Spoils of the Qunari...
Hopefully we PS4 owners aren't gonna be waiting for this as long as we were for Jaws of Hakkon.
GoneRampant Well, on the official Site it's says August 11 for PS4, PC and XBox One so it seems no waiting this time.
The Descent was a decent DLC. I actually like it more than Trespasser.
Still, such a wasted opportunity to not have included the Hero of Ferelden in this DLC.
0:17 sounds like fable music
At 0:50, that is absolutely the Stargate TV series theme song.
Well, excuse me while I hit replay...again.
Why can't they bring back the sexy ogres from origins
I liked the Ogres from Origins but I love these. So creepy and vile.
Yay!! No long wait period or exclusivity deals this time. August 11 is pretty close!! Can't wait
The Warden should be in this, you know.
Oh, Varic is going to LOVE this
This will be Varric's favourite DLC, by the looks of it ;)
Finally the deeproads and darkspawn can't have a DA game without them.
If this is about lyrium being alive i need to know what the fuck is up with the lyrium in fenris' skin tbh
god same
btw if anyone is wondering if the Architect was a magister, then yeah. David Gaider said "he's the same type of character as Corypheus, absolutely." but it's unsure if they'll do anything involving him.
WAIT
THE REGULAR GENLOCKS ARE BACK?
REALLY????? :DDDDD
THAT BRIDGE! IS IT REALLY THAT BRIDGE?! I couldnt get to play this yet but i gotta tell it feels soo nice to see somewhere we know from the earlier games!
My wallet started crying in a corner. I'm telling it it's going to be okay, cuz we might as well forget about that gym membership. Priorities.
Letícia Chavaglia Cavalet Who cares about the gym if you can play dragon age all day :D
VaultBoy111 My feelings precisely xD
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I always had the feeling that Inquisition was missing the Deep Roads to truly be inside the Dragon Age saga!
at 1:33. IS THAT SOLAS?
Che Masangkay The DLC is most likely based before the final boss with options of playing it afterwards. Therefore Solas would be there if still a companion.
It's nothing special :P
You can probably play the dlc pre-end-game.
I THINK SO OMG
Yeah it was but it's probably like, pre ending while he's still a companion gameplay
Che Masangkay Yep it will probably take place before the ending of the game.
One thing I like that Inquisition had done is make the Fade all kinds of fucked up. I mean the starting scene has you walking on ceilings and then you have these strange little created worlds. What I like about how this DLC looks is that it takes Origins' Deep Roads and makes it big and dark like it should always be.
Are those dwarves possible companions cause I really want a female dwarf companion for once
It really surprises me that nobody noticed that dwarf guy at 0:38 is voiced by David Hayter I think thats pretty cool.
Has to be Razikale.
Who's that
Never mind I forgot I have the dragon age wiki app.
izaiah rios One of the two remaining Old Gods who has yet to become an Archdemon
izaiah rios old god/ archdemon
Bryan Kilmer Yeah, after all the Razikale stuff at the Tevinter ruin in JAH, I would be very surprised if it was another Archdemon. I look forward to zapping him with the staff I looted from his temple.
Man this better have a Architect cameo if you let him live, such potential in that character IMO.
I love how they used a female inquisitor for this trailer! I don't know why but it feels fresh. HAHAHAHA :)
that music was SO nearly the Stargate SG-1 opening.
You do realise they have to buy the ps4/xbone, then inquisition, then the DLC? :l
Just make do with watching let's plays or walkthroughs of any DLC you miss and by the time the next game comes out (which I highly doubt will be AFTER whatever next gen will be is out) you'll have been caught up and it won't matter that you didn't own the DLC for choices because we have the Keep system now.
now that DLC actually looks cool
0_0 deep roads *nopes the hell outa hete
I'm one of those strange people who liked the Deep Roads in Origins so... yay! I'm gonna be smacking Darkspawn around again!
So no HoF, no Wardens, not connected to the main story. Just another filler story like Hakkon? Guess my Inquisitor won't have any plans going out Skyhold.
*****
Ohh a keyboard warrior! Internet is such a wonderful place.
TheDarkNut not in this dlc atleast (last adventure i believe will be related i guess)
Your profile pic looks like a P.E.K.K.A
TheDarkNut The HoF is out west, the Wardens are busy with the main scenario in Inquisition, and Hakkon was hardly filler it was a massive lore dump.
Ha! I am correct! This is just a filler fest DLC: www.ign.com/articles/2015/08/14/dragon-age-inquisition-the-descent-review
1:37 looks like the room with the Ancient Rock Wraith from DA:2 that part in the deep roads expedition!
It looks better than the ladt one... still... seams a bit run of the mill adventure-ish. O.o I don't sense much of a story here.
RedWolf they did say this DLC would be story focussed, so yeah *praying*
+Mart R. What are you talking about? Hakkon was probably the best area in the game in terms of a self-contained story and premise.
17Haru17 Can't argue with that. But I guess people, including me hoped for a more story heavy DLC.
perfect timing! I pit dai down after 300 or so hours (lol) a while ago and was thinking of getting back into it, and then they announce this!
no warden cameo, no game
I think that a Dragon Age game with a "small scale" plot, like in The Last Court, would be perfect.
Because first two games (especially the first) didn't have enough deep roads, I guess.
the revelation point in this dlc was jaw dropping!
was a good dlc, better than the main Game
Yeah
Dragon age origins would be good with technology we have to day and same dragon age 2 would like on PS4 or ps5 with dragon age inquisition as well
meh.
I'm waiting on a DLC where we can play as our Warden on their travels in the West. With Zevran as a companion of course :D
SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!1
LostMercenary99 SQUEEEE WITH MEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!
Candle Stick I SQUUEEEEEE!!! I SQUUUUUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE SO HARD!!!
LostMercenary99 SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!1
I played this game so much, the music at the end felt like home.
I call false advertising!!!!!
August 11th? Damn that's actually really soon!
I'm still dying here waiting for a story related DLC, but I'll take this
Why are people wondering whether or not the Grey Wardens will be part of this? It's not another blight (I think). I'm fairly certain the Legion of the Dead handle darkspawn matters when there's no blight.
Does anyone know what song they used in this trailer? I'm guessing it's either audiomachine or two steps from hell who made it but I'm not sure. I wish they would post the song title in the description.
I LOVE the Deep Roads. Glad to see a new plot DLC is on its way.
I agree. The deep roads has the most potential out of everything in Dragon Age (or at least in my opinion)
