I love georgie. He is one of the best characters and really had a great arc since the start of the series. Mandy started as annoying and mean but shes tolerable and likeable now. Jim Mcallister is a gret person and really looks at the bright side. But i hate Audry. Like I thought i hated mary. Audrey surpasses mary which says alot. I can guarentee you since we know georgie and mandy get divorced its probally had something to do with audrey or audrey and mary together
In all fairness to Mandy, they had to make her character more childish and Georgie more responsible so people wouldn't feel the age gap that much

FYI, Georgie buys the store from The McAllisters, and creates their retirement. Mandy makes a killing in the divorce. Georgie becomes a multi millionaire. Audrey is going to be very proud of her son in law. FYI, it is not Audrey that caused the divorce. When Georgie gets rich, it gets to Mandy's head, and she becomes Audrey 2.0. Georgie gets fed up and cheats. THAT is what caused the divorce. They later become friends, since Georgie kept his end of the divorce. How do we know this? Sheldon communicated with BOTH ex wives. That is how Sheldon got their numbers.

I’m watching the episode called: “A Fancy Article and a Scholarship for a Baby” aired April 25, 2024. Yes, Mandy’s mom does a great job trying to teach Georgie just how to speak correctly! Vs. using bad grammar! Way to go! Ignorant grammar really does make the person sound stupid…there’s no 2 ways about it! Bad grammar = stupid! Good grammar = making sense & sounding sensible! 👍Rt On!

Mandy was surly and entitled while she was at the coopers, always whining how exhausting it was to take care of CeeCee, snapped at Mary many times whereas Georgie 10 yrs younger, takes Audrey's snide comments in his stride, keeps his ego in check, is an attentive and patient dad. It is good that he divorces Mandy eventually. Don;t understand why he fell for her in the first place and even agreed to happily marry her after getting to know her.

Mandy was accountable for her actions. She kept the child and didn't blame anyone for it. She blames Georgie for LYING about his age. If he didn't lie, she would have never gone for him. His lying screwed her life.
Both Mandy and Georgie were accountable for their actions and both bettered themselves for their daughter. That in itself is amazing on both their parts.

We don't know the circumstances surrounding the divorce. But Georgie becomes a successful businessman, so she's definitely wrong.
Idk why Audrey doesn’t like Georgie age doesn’t define someone’s ability or what they can or cannot do.
The reason is because Audrey is a naturally negative and controlling person. She controls the hell out of Jim and cannot believe someone besides herself could ever be good enough for Mandy. What she fails to see is that she is NOT good for Mandy. Or Jim. Or anyone else, actually.
I don't get why everybody is so afraid of the girls in the show I mean the men are the breadwinners of the house as far as we know.
It’s a Chuck Lore show, men are always scared of women in his shows.
