Those dresses are actually perfect. They are just big enough you can get it altered to fit perfectly. Almost NO one, who knows better, wears a wedding dress that hasn't been altered.n
80% of all wedding attire must be altered to fit. When buying any attire read the material such as taffeta, rayon, or a blend. If you are knowledgeable about textiles you will not feel disappointed.
I think these are all great foundation items. When it comes to wedding dresses and event clothes, alterations and accessories can really make a huge difference. I imagine that the first dress would look really nice once it is fitted to the bride, and a sequin belt and maybe having your seamstress add a sequins design on the bottom or to the bodice. Alterations would still be way cheaper than buying a $1500 wedding dress (that you you still have to get altered anyway).
That's what I think too, the first one especially could be altered, add some lace or embellishments, potentially sleeves and it could be really something. Not a bad idea for someone who has a smaller budget!
You could use the blazer and pants for your reception! Easier to dance in and then you get a wardrobe change while Alfred will still get the more traditional dress that he prefers for the ceremony! Or you could use the suit for a reception dinner (but it sounded like you weren’t having one). You rocked the latter two dresses and the pant suit! ❤️
I feel like it’s definitely a great option! They’re still pretty dresses, they just have to be altered as any other dress that’s supposed to be fitted.
I went to Macy's to get my prom dress and picked up a beautiful white gown for $130, it needed to be shortened at the bottom slightly but it's been 2 years since I graduated high school and I'm saving it until I get married to use as a wedding dress. It might be smart to shop for a white prom dress instead of a wedding dress, the quality is still better than any of these cheap asos dresses, but it's way cheaper than something you would find at a wedding dress shop.
The bridal blazer/suit was truly beautiful! By far my fav and would be fabulous for a rehearsal dinner or an engagement party. Congrats on Dove partnership-the cool essentials roll up has remained the best deodorant I’ve ever used -trying so many over the years I always come back to it now not even bothering to try others And the scent is so light and lovely. Really enjoyed the bridal try on series!
I got engaged on Jan 18 last year, now a happily married! I got my wedding dress from Zalando, it was 150 euros, and everyone thought I got it tailor made 😜😜😜
When you go to dress fittings, almost all the dresses look like the first... loose and awkward, but there are assistants to clip you up at the back and bring the tail up. Also, almost every dress has to be altered to your body.
You are a beautiful woman. I am an old grandma. I had one daughter. You have a gorgeous build, don't be so rough on yourself. You made any of the dresses work.
A sequin or crystal embellished belt would look beautiful with the second dress. If the third dress had the correct bust size, it would be gorgeous. I was pleasantly surprised by the pants/blazer. But pretty much anything would look good on you!
Second dress was beautiful. The third one looked appropriate for a beach wedding. I'm not a fan of fourth outfit - it kind of looked like fancy pjs. They look like sequined terry cloth.
How do you look so beautiful in all your videos?! I love how you are honest in all reviews. Girl, you are the definition of perfection! I am telling the truth! 😍😍😍😍😍😍♥️ YOU ARE THE QUEEN!!!! I love you❣️
OMG TINA!! I am planning my own wedding too and my fiancée and I want a more laid back wedding so none of those $2000 dresses are in our plans. And Asos has been on the radar for me. I NEEDED this video and I only trust your opinion! Thank you!!!
That off the shoulder one gives me "sultry southern Belle" vibes. All you need now is a giant wide brimmed white "Kentucky Derby" or church hat with lots of lace ruffles and a lace parasol. 😆❤️
Yes Dove. They make the only 'soap' I have tried that I can use on my sensitive skin. I have a bar for the shower, the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink and one for my face. 😊
I feel like the reviewers (Alfred & tinas friend) are biased to what tina says when they give their opinion. Idk, that’s how I feel and I don’t mean to come off mean, but i wanna know first impressions with a fresh mind.
Tina! I love this! Can you do more Clothing trials from chinese internet stores! Coats, outfits, evening gows, etc.. we are bombarded with these looks and it would be fun to see!
I think you should keep the second dress and dye it, and keep the third dress but remove the sleeves. And omg your pooch needs to feature more, he is adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey Tina! I bought my wedding dress from ASOS and I felt as petite size, we should size down and also the length must be tailored. I got a design that could be altered easily so it wasn't too much of a hassle for me :)
omg that last outfit was stunning!!! i was shocked at how good it looked on you like tbh i didn't have high hopes but wow you pulled it off like the model!!!! also it probably helps that you are beautiful to begin with lmao but still
Asos saved the day for my wedding! I originally ordered a dress for $300 from JJ'shouse as I wanted a short 60's style dress. I ordered it a month early and it was a disaster! Nothing like the picture. I looked in every shop and boutique and nothing fit as I was a size 14. 2 weeks before the wedding I ordered a backless vintage style white dress from Asos for $60 (non bridal) it arrived 2 days before the wedding and was perfect 😍
The embellished suit was definitely my favourite. You looked good, and you said it was super comfortable. My only concern would be getting too hot, in which case a shirt worn under the blazer would be a good idea. I really want to see you wear it again!
Oh my gosh, I absolutely love the bridal suit!😍😍😍 The dresses are also beautiful, but I can definitely tell they're inexpensive especially the lace ones. It's super generic lace I could purchase from wal-mart. 🤷♀️ wouldn't pay more than $50 for it.
Complaining about their shape as being the manufacturer's fault is totally wrong. Certain dresses suits certain bodies. They can also be altered. You are not tall, I am also petite. I also need to alter 80% of my clothes.
I think it would be helpful if you mentioned a few things including: Your normal size What size you ordered How tall you are Body shape If you want this to be helpful to other brides more information is helpful 💕
If you cut the first dress at mid thigh length n hem it, it'll make a pretty white dress I think. And you can layer the white blazer with belt over it. And the second one, if one need last minute summer wedding dress, it's a great option The third one is actually perfect for last minute beach wedding The last one will look really nice at some event with red lips n red heel
Tina!!!! The first dress would be sooooo cute as a cocktail dress. Just cut off the "trumpet" and voila! You could add a little bird cage veil and have it as a rehearsal dinner dress❤
I’m planning on wearing a jumpsuit with an attachable overskirt and the only approval I need to wear it is my own. Of course your fiancée 👍🏼 is nice to have.
Tina for the 2nd dress you can pull that off and spend a little less when you just put a tailored bottom part which is fluffy and just add a belt full of stones then during reception you can remove the bottom part and use the belt! :)
Tina I hope you read this comment. First of all you are so beautiful in and out. Whenever you are talking it feels like you and I are best friends and that makes me feel so happy. You are so natural so cute and such a good person. My only wish is to meet you once in this lifetime. Lastly thankyou so muchhh you may not know but when I watch your videos I dont feel lonely 😭❤️ Thankyou so much for making my daY💕💕💕
This dress was super fun! The dresses were not as I expected either. I think the lace split dress looks better on you than the ASOS model! Just needs a refit around the bust.
I got my wedding dress from ASOS in 2018 for about $260. I got married in March so I opted for a knee-length, short-sleeved lace dress and it was super nice. Looked exactly like the model online. I was happy with my purchase.
I agree that the halter neck and blazer suit looked the best! The blazer suit looked so comfy!! Made me slightly nervous the way you were cutting the bags open cause I know normally asos has the resealable line if you wanted to return it 😂 but surprisingly, they were not bad!
Love Triangle lace bandeau maxi dress in white and The blazer looks good on you. Looking forward to watch your review on Tobi's wedding dresses as well.
I like the halter dress, I thought it looked best. I liked them all really. Most wedding dresses are altered to fit the bride. The blazer is something I'd go with because I'm not a dress person. i have used Dove deodorant for years, I buy the advanced care cool essentials.
Tina.. They have a petite line! I would 100% get a wedding dress from ASOS, a sheet cake, and have a taco bar. I'm not trying to go broke for a wedding!
That two piece set would be nice for the late night wedding party after dinner. More comfortable and you can probably wear some chic flat shoes with it when the heels are hurting.
Those dresses are actually perfect. They are just big enough you can get it altered to fit perfectly. Almost NO one, who knows better, wears a wedding dress that hasn't been altered.n
I didn't have to get mine altered. It literally fit me perfect ❤. I know I got lucky though
I hear ya, being 5 ft. with a weird body structure (longer torso, too) I typically spend $100-150 just in alterations :(
@@bethanytice1210 it sounds like me and you have the same body type- I dance, and finding leotards is hard because I'm so short but have a long torso.
Asos has a petite section .. i think all the dresses there would fit you perfectly because the plus size section fits me perfectly
80% of all wedding attire must be altered to fit. When buying any attire read the material such as taffeta, rayon, or a blend. If you are knowledgeable about textiles you will not feel disappointed.
Very true. As I worked in retail I always look at the materials now and when I online shop I can pinpoint how it will look and feel.
VERY true. Quality material makes the outfit.
I think these are all great foundation items. When it comes to wedding dresses and event clothes, alterations and accessories can really make a huge difference. I totally agree

Or you could use the suit for a reception dinner (but it sounded like you weren’t having one). You rocked the latter two dresses and the pant suit! ❤️
I at first thought you said that Alfred can wear the traditional dress while she wears the blazer
But with the price of these going to your local clothes repairer/ alter would still be less expensive then spending a 1000+ on a dress you wear once.
I feel like it’s definitely a great option! They’re still pretty dresses, they just have to be altered as any other dress that’s supposed to be fitted.
Even the women spending thousands on a wedding dress are getting it fitted and altered for them.
Than
Agree! I bought like a 180 dress online then altered it for about 100, it looked great after the alteration!
I went to Macy's to get my prom dress and picked up a beautiful white gown for $130, it needed to be shortened at the bottom slightly but it's been 2 years since I graduated high school and I'm saving it until I get married to use as a wedding dress.

Most of the dresses feel like they are for laid back, summer weddings and I really love it!!!

I like the second dress you tried on. Lace is timeless.
When you go to dress fittings, almost all the dresses look like the first... loose and awkward, but there are assistants to clip you up at the back and bring the tail up. Also, almost every dress has to be altered to your body.

Jenny Av it reminded me of a super fancy spa.
Tina: Ouu, fancy.
Me: Youuu.
ONCEEE OMFGSHSHSBSHS HEYYY
AHAHAHHSBZNWNSN
Once spotted🤣
Omg same 😂😂😂
WUHU ONCEE
I’m sorry I love the second dress but it reminds me of my grandma’s old tablecloth 😂
Everyone taking about her dress but not for her dog.
Her dog is so cute and adorable...
i- the video is about her wedding dresses what did u expect
@@kirysmi6999 , exactly!
OMG I didnt realize it was a real dog until I saw this comment
@@kirysmi6999 to get totally distracted by the adorable little sausage 🙂
I think he's SO CUTE, I want to give him a huge hug and kiss. @Marina how could you not see him? She mentioned him like 4 times?
How do you look so beautiful in all your videos?! I love how you are honest in all reviews. Girl, you are the definition of perfection! I am telling the truth! 😍😍😍😍😍😍♥️
YOU ARE THE QUEEN!!!!
I love you❣️
Even with the dresses that don’t look good on her STILL look great on her. She’s one of those brides that look amazing in anything 💜
At 2:05 I actually thought that pizza was a lil drawing on the wrapping paper! 😂
OMG TINA!! I am planning my own wedding too and my fiancée and I want a more laid back wedding so none of those $2000 dresses are in our plans. And Asos has been on the radar for me. I NEEDED this video and I only trust your opinion! Thank you!!!

Me: her hair looks good
Tina: sponsored by Dove
Me: welp ig that's why
Dove: *deodorant sponsor*
Me: wut

Me too
Exactly 😂😂😂
Me too!! I thought that she would promote their body wash or shampoo! 😂
🤣🤣
The blazer and pants looks amazing on you ❤️
Yes Dove. They make the only 'soap' I have tried that I can use on my sensitive skin. I have a bar for the shower, the kitchen sink, the bathroom sink and one for my face. 😊
Same with me! I have skin asthma and Dove is the only one that does not irritate me.

lonelysarawr agreed
I agree, they kept saying it was “comfy” but they didn’t wear it themselves????
Tina! I love this! Can you do more Clothing trials from chinese internet stores! Coats, outfits, evening gows, etc.. we are bombarded with these looks and it would be fun to see!
Love the suit look on you, Tina! I’d wear a lacy bustier or structured bra Lethe under it. Fancy!
I think you should keep the second dress and dye it, and keep the third dress but remove the sleeves. And omg your pooch needs to feature more, he is adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!
And the off the shoulder dress were pretty...you rocked the pants outfit!!
I like the half upwards for the 2nd dress and the bottom half of the 3rd dress
The last dress was fab.the halter.. And you rocked the pants and jacket ..it'd be a great outfit for as you leave the reception...
Can't wait to see your actual wedding gown 😍❤
Random question. What will you do with all the dresses you purchased previously and now that werent good?🤔
I'm sure she can return them all.
If she can't return them, probably donation
They can be easily returned.
Asos has free returns.
She could resell it, give it to someone, return it, donate it, or fave it for othes occassions like Halloween.
Hey Tina! I bought my wedding dress from ASOS and I felt as petite size, we should size down and also the length must be tailored. I got a design that could be altered easily so it wasn't too much of a hassle for me :)
I really love that blazer/trouser outfit! I didn’t think I would but it looks so chic!
The first one would look good with some fitting
If it were altered of course, The first one is so beautiful. Timeless and classy
omg that last outfit was stunning!!! i was shocked at how good it looked on you like tbh i didn't have high hopes but wow you pulled it off like the model!!!! also it probably helps that you are beautiful to begin with lmao but still

Ikr....
Love the second dress fits you perfectly and looks so beautiful! You could even add a pretty belt.
The blazer suit was my favorite for sure ! 🔥
The Suit would look amazing with a silver liquid metallic tank! Don't forget that professional tailoring will do wonders for any dress!
I think it would be helpful if you mentioned a few things including:
Your normal size
What size you ordered
How tall you are

I like the holter -neck. you could dress it up with a bling belt and a nice necklace that fits the top of the dress.
If you cut the first dress at mid thigh length n hem it, it'll make a pretty white dress I think. And you can layer the white blazer with belt over it.

The suit was the best hands down! Looked so good on you! ❤️🙌🏻
I got my quince dress on Zalando last year and i absolutely loved it! You should try Zalando next🤩💕
i think it'd be a cool video idea to buy an affordable dress but then show how it could be altered to look better/suit the bride!
The 4th outfit (sequin blazer & pants) looks soooo good on you!
The suit looked really nice 😍 and the halterneck was my favourite dress 💕
With the halter, you could put a glam waistband on it. You looked lovely in it.
What are you gonna do with all these dresses?
Are you returning them?
ASOS has free returns

I LOVE the idea of bridal blazers!

The pant suit is gorgeous for a rehearsal supper. Love it.
That 2nd one dyed a different color would be a great spring/summer dress
I agree that the halter neck and blazer suit looked the best! The blazer suit looked so comfy!! Made me slightly nervous the way you were cutting the bags open cause I know normally asos has the resealable line if you wanted to return it 😂 but surprisingly, they were not bad!
Me watching Tina try the 1st dress. Dove ad popped up.
I love the first lace dress it's so nice for summer time
the suit looked soo good on you i was not expecting that
I would pair one of those fancy jeweled belts with the second dress.
That strapless lace dress is gorgeoussssss on you
The wedding suit looks really good on you Tina🤩 looks very very chic!
She looks so good with the last outfit
The third dress looks much nicer on you then the models photo but I do love the halter top the best!
the wire in the 3rd dress is called underwiring lol
Love Triangle lace bandeau maxi dress in white and The blazer looks good on you. Looking forward to watch your review on Tobi's wedding dresses as well.
I bought my wedding dress on ASOS for $80 and it was perfect !
Her hair looks amazing!!!!
Another great video would be comparing your initial reaction to the dresses vs reacting to how they got you altered!
I like the halter dress, I thought it looked best. I liked them all really. Most wedding dresses are altered to fit the bride. The blazer is something I'd go with because I'm not a dress person. i have used Dove deodorant for years, I buy the advanced care cool essentials.
You make everything look better than it really is!!! You’re a queen! ❤️
The second one would be awesome for a beach wedding as well
Last one is just perfect 😍😘❤
The jacket over one of the dresses would look nice too.
OMG😱 THE 2ND AND LAST ONE LOOKED AMAZING ON U AND U LOOKED STUNNING😘😘
Much prefer the editing in this wedding dress video! Love that the try on shots come after the intro of each dress
Tina's editor here, thank you for your comment!! 😊😊
The second dress is so pretty!!
It looks very flattering on you!
I think it would be cool if you went into a bridal shop and tried on expensive versions of these dresses for comparison purposes
Tina.. They have a petite line!
I would 100% get a wedding dress from ASOS, a sheet cake, and have a taco bar. I'm not trying to go broke for a wedding!
#2 and #4 were my faves. They looked the best on you.
That two piece set would be nice for the late night wedding party after dinner. More comfortable and you can probably wear some chic flat shoes with it when the heels are hurting.
