  • Pulsetto is a tVNS device you wear on your neck that quickly stimulates your vagus nerve and improves Heart Rate Variability (HRV). It's significantly more affordable and accessible than the nearest competitor called gammaCore / Truvaga. It's also far more effective than using a tens unit for tVNS and is used by Bryan Johnson. Be sure to try the different modes to see which one increases your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) most!

You put an affiliate referral link for which you get paid before you had completed your trial to determine its effectiveness beyond the 2 weeks. Now 1 yr plus later there's no updated review but the affiliate link is still there. I think you're unlikely to update with a negative review if you're still making money from the referrals, is that correct? You diminish your credibility and it doesn't go unnoticed. :/

@HRVHackers : I am willing to try this for my pinched Vagus nerve. Does this unpinch Vagus nerves? I just recently (a year ago) saw a chiro who did a special massage on my stomach for what I believe was a sliding hiatal hernia, which I think worked, it corrected itself after 6-8 months after that, and i could breathe again normally, but sometimes i have to take an extra deep breath just to relieve some pressure in or around the lungs stomach area, sometimes in the form of 1-3 forced yawns. I need to know if this can stimulate my vagus nerve just enough to where it will unpinch it.

Hello HRV Hacker, I randomly found this video. I have a fibromyalgia diagnosis, and I do get migraines/headaches. Anxiety and Depression and just general autonomic dysregulation from trauma.
My neurologist mentioned Gammacore but I did eventually realize that it’s highly inaccessible like you said. It’s crazy they charge so much and that it’s in a “prescription” system. Not a fan of that format at all.
So, I’m having an intuitive feeling that this could potentially work for me, and am considering purchasing the Pulsetto. A few people already asked but what have your results been lately after a while?
    A few other Qs, too:
Is the chances of harm very low? I guess my anxiety is already activated knowing that something can go wrong.
Also, I do suffer from insomnia pretty bad. Have you noticed any changes in sleep?
Lastly, is there a return policy?
    Thanks!

Just now found out about this product, and the indiegogo campaign that's active right now. Really considering buying it. Was considering the sensate and the apollo neuro, but both are quite expensive plus I get added taxes and stuff when ordering to Europe (Sweden), plus I've seen especially with the sensate that many people have to send it back to get a replacement, which further stacks up the potential costs. Meanwhile, the pulsetto seems to be shipping from within Europe, right? Will have to check this out. But if this is true, and considering the cost, it might be my best bet. Although it's too clunky to have while sleeping, right? Which is something I was considering with the apollo neuro, because something seems to be happening when I sleep, considering how awful my pain and brain fog and everything (CFS for 14 years) is when I wake up.
    Any comments, HRV Hacker? :)

Since you asked I included my link at the bottom, much appreciated! I’ll be sure to grab my pulsetto from your link. Some more info about these. The founder figured out a way to use light frequencies to elevate peptides and heal the body. Think how when sunlight hits your skin, and it increases vitamin D. It plays on the same mechanism, using unique frequencies of light that they studied. There is a good bit of research and studies done on these product so I suggest you do a deep dive before trying it. And great talks on RUclips about the science of each patch and what it does.
These patches have be a game changer for me and provided me the most healing out of all $150,000 I spent in my health. I use 3 of them everyday and have tested all 9 of their different products. The 3 that made significant differences for me are happen to be their best sellers.
X39 - Put my immune driven pain in remission. I was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease called CRPS. I spent 5 years in a bed as the pain is that bad. Highest ranked disease on the McGill pain scale in terms of pain and the prognosis is horrible deterioration of the body and nervous system . I had doctors tell me I would never be able to walk again without intense pain. This patch put my pain in remission. I literally didn’t think it would work but was just trying everything as I couldn’t keep living in that State. Also this patch improved my HRV, and sleep quality. This is their most powerful and popular patch.
Aeon - Lowers inflammation and calms the nervous system. Milder patch but still produces nice results.
Glutathione - This patch made me so much more emotional resilient I believe by lowering oxidized stress. I can recover from stressful situations 3-4X faster and it got me out of my head in a hard to describe way. It also cut my mast cell activation down by 50%. Note I did get some detox for the first week on this patch. If you get a headache just remove and it’ll go away. Start again the next day. If you still get some detox I cut the patches up so i could start more slowly and then worked my way up.

@@HRVHackers If money is not an issue, which would you say. I'm leaning towards Truvaga as it's directly on the nerve and 2 minutes + reviews i've seen are pretty amazing. I hear you about this with diff treatment modes tho

Where do you see positive reviews for true Vaga? On their website? I never trust company websites --that's too easy to manipulate. I go by user feedback in Facebook groups. Pulsetto sits on the neck which gives it direct access to vagus nerve. I had much better results with pulsetto vs Gammacore. Up to you though, Maybe you'll respond better to true Vega
