yes, i’m restricting and a healthier diet than i’m used to. also, i’m doing other workouts so this could be biased.
don’t forget to drink lots of water!!! i’m doing over 1/2 gallon a day!

( i kinda didn’t expect to lose this much even so this was really good! but remember, i drank a lot of water and dieted so it mainly that and the high intensity less time exercise! and make sure you stay healthy! )

Day 1 : weighed myself before and after i did this twice I lost 0.45 kg ,not even lying ,i'd suggest watch some other vedios to perfectly execute these exercise ,like maintaining the position of the knees and breathing rhythm.Don't give up guys,we can do it.
Day 2: did it four times today since I don't do any other workouts.Try to do it as per your comfort .
Day 3: did it twice today because i'm really sore from yesterday ,lost 1 kg .Make sure to breathe in a regular manner .
Idk what day it is ,I couldn't update because of exams ,i've stared again.
Also ,don't worry if u gain a few grams throughout the day ,and i've stopped measuring my weight everyday because I was getting obsessive with it . Just think of it as a fun activity ,that u have to do everyday . and we all wanna reach our desired weight in just like one day ,but that's not possible . Eat what u want but in proportion ,with whatever exercise that makes u comfortable .
These exercise are helpful ,i've lost 3 kgs so far. For the past 2 weeks I was not doing it with sincerity at all ,just remember to be consistent guys .

@@SashasFunWorld_24 no, these are intense for c-sections. go for light exercises. give atleast 6 months to your body to get back to its normal form.

Woah 75-90 minutes a DAY is BAD! That’s extremely unhealthy. Should be 45-60 minutes maximum or else you’d overwork

It depends on your starting weight. If you’re morbidly obese, just switching to a healthy 2000 cal diet can lead to a 20+ lbs / 9+ kg weight loss that is healthy. Of course, the higher the starting weight, the more dramatic.

I've been doing this workout video and 2 more which is a totall 20 mins per-day and I've lost 7 kg just as they said but took me a bit more longer ! Nearly a month ! But it was useful ! It was a fun experience but one thing I hated was to got my throut dry lol but Honestly it was soo nice 👍🏻 Thankyou and reply me back about you're experiences yaay I'm eager to know yours !

My tips:
~Eat around 1300-1500 calories
~drink water
~sleep because it will help with digestion
~drink black coffee before taking a huge business lol (also helps with digestion)
~do this workout
~do the 5 min workout
~do kpop just dance compilation part 1
~do sunny funny Fitness kpop workout
~exercise every secound day because if you do it everyday your sleep will suffer and you will focus too much on your weight loss
~take breaks and don't overdo it. 10 minutes of whatever exercise you choose are great for the start. Add more time once you get used to exercising. It's my 3rd week and I see differences around my waste, back and belly.
~don't eat too many carbs and eat as little sugar as possible
*DON'T STOP ONCE YOU REACH YOUR GOAL!* Exercise and good eating habits are important, vital and natural. Humans nees exercise and vitamins. That's how we were made.

@@ayushi8378 okay yes there was my doctor friend who was obsessed with losing weight and lose aloottt of weight around 12 kg so she told me her diet plan that was:
breakfast:two boiled egg (without yolk)
afternoon:bowl of salad(without salt) and green tea with half an hour difference
night: apple and green tea(with half an hour difference.and chia seed before going to bed.
this diet is for ten days you have to cut all the salt and sugar and you can't eat any thing else accept this dont do this more than 10 days
Do this diet if you are actually very serious and actually want get slim as this diet is not so healthy i set up my goal of losing 10 kg and completed it.Its not easyyy iam telling you its not easy and dont skip once you start.
Note:as you are losing alot of weight in very less time you may feel weak and face alot of issues(dark circles,not so fresh skin e.t.c)
make sure to drink alot of water, vegetable juices and fruit juices without sugar n salt as this is the most important part of the diet and is really necessary i know vegatables juices donot sound good but you have to other wise your will get wrinkles and other stuff....
you will definitely lose alot alottt of weight and iam telling donot continue this diet for more than 10 days its not healthy and keep you self hydrated.

I’ve been doing this and another video of theirs, and I actually feel stronger and see a bit of progress. I’ve only been doing it for two weeks and I do about 15mins a day everyday I’m giving it a month and a half and compare the pictures and videos I took at the start.

why would someone who looks like they have anorexia practice this .... one should eat to get decent muscle inflammation first by working in the air then in the gym ... one should get good muscle inflammation to continue until the pain subsides .... No one can ever lose 7 kgs in 5 days. Only if you are terribly ill or something like that. And if u consume only water for 5 days bcoz water has zero calories then may be u can lose 7 kgs. But with any diet and this exercise its impossible to lose 7 kgs in 5 days and dont even try. I had tried once. I lost 2 kgs in 2 days i almost fainted i had hair fall and i also missed my periods. So guys u can do this exercise but pls follow a healthy diet. All the best.
