I cannot open any setting. cmd, registry , any shortcut on desktop. taskbar, any browser. i cannot open task manager, or do registry scan to fix issues. when i right click on any shortcut, i see all the option except open, open with administrator. I cannot reset my pc either because whenever i click on any app, i get error no such interface reported. have you ever faced such problem?? no shortcut keys is working. I tried to open cmd by your method but it does not open anything.

Later I checks online and found that pressing shift button while rebooting pc can open the troubleshoot and reset option. I did that and it opened the troubleshoot window. I chose reset my pc. It started around 2 pm and then got stuck at 88%. I waited till 9 pm. I lost hope that it will complete. I restarted my pc. Surprisingly, I found my pc in reset. All the softwares and drivers got uninstalled. All the factory stock softwares were there. I didn't lose any data. I checked that everything was working. Everything was opening perfectly. But to be sure, I opened cmd and scanned the pc twice. I didn't find any error. It didn't find any integrity violation. How is this possible when it was 88% complete? Is this me or it happened to other people as well.
Hello brother, I was deleting some files from Cfile and from then my laptop is not resetinng while in troubleshoot also it shows that there was a problem wjile reseting . Whenver my laptop shutdown and i open it , it shows a black screen with cursor and it automatically closses after 20mins . I am not able to run windows applications but i can run browsers , cmd id also not opening.. Plz help me brother it is my new laptop of hp 15s plz reply toh me as spon as you get this..
