Anyone who thinks you can make a big quad copter with brushless motors and batteries that can take a human cargo from a to b and do it before this will be on the market is kidding themselves. The number of gradual design changes and certifications needed for human flight is just overwhelming for most startups. Although I suppose you might find some crazy eastern European or other random country that could get something in the air without all the safety police and red tape. But they will be falling out of the sky onto peoples heads and Martin will be there to show them how it is done properly.
