Oceanic whitetip sharks are one of the more dangerous sharks to humans. They are known to have attacked survivors of ship and plane wrecks at sea, and are suspected to be responsible for several unrecorded human fatalities

And the 10% that won't be scared easily would be overly sized whitetip who hasn't face bigger predators than it is. But once it encounters something bigger than it and gets nit picked it too would never messes with them again.

They feel less threatened because they can literally keep an eye on you as they pass you. It's an anatomical advantage to other sharks, that worry as soon as their ayes are at a greater than 90-degree angle from large objects. That is, except for white sharks.
