Boycott Lulu lemon for firing the employee who tried to stop the shoplifter.

I don't know the story, it is the first I have heard of it. But if it is true, Lululemon probably has a specific shoplifting SOP that was not followed by the employee, which may have caused their termination.

I’ve worked in retail for years. Protocol is usually sadly that we the employees aren’t allowed to engage with the suspected shoplifter to prevent harm on the employee. We can only record the suspected person and note the detail. Submit and notify security.
Also, thefts been happening more often because the punishment isn’t as serious as it used to be… they get bailed out so easy. Our USA system is corrupt as fuck.
