I would like to express my gratitude to Wode Maya for producing this video featuring apple farmers from Kenya, and for utilizing this model to raise awareness. This form of off-grid modern farming holds great promise for Africa, considering the abundant youth population and the increasing accessibility of knowledge through various platforms such as text, video, and the expanding internet. It is crucial to advocate for successful off-grid farming in rural areas, as well as encourage urban backyard gardening and city greening initiatives using multipurpose edible trees. Given your passion for this cause, you would make an excellent ambassador to promote these practices.

Another amazing story. One thing I have come to appreciate most about African success stories is that they are people-oriented success stories. African will always put people before profits. She could have bought a machine to harvest these apples more efficiently but she chose to employ people instead. To add value to their lives instead of just chasing the profits. This, I would suggest should be the central approach to our growth as a people. People first then profits. Thank you for the continued inspiration @wodemaya.
