I just ordered the Electra7 late last week. It processed and shipped out (over night) so fast I was very impressed.. I am now waiting for the delivery BUT like always I am SO NERVOUS about making such an expensive purchase. I keep watching your videos to reassure myself I have chosen wisely. As I watch I am more and more confident in my choice and completely impressed by how much thought has been built into every component of these chairs.. I just learned about the ability to adjust the tension in the seat. I feel like I have made the right choice here. IF am as happy as i think I will be with this I will be back to order a 2nd one for my husband as well. ===> BTW you are REALLY good at demonstrating they picked the right guy for the job. Thanks for easing my mind :)

Yo man. You’re the only channel that has actual hands on reviews. Most of the videos are just copy & paste top 10 automated channels. I’m getting one of these for my mom, and I’m wondering what price range to buy from. Seems like the entry level price range for something decent is about 900-1000, and then you have the 1700-2000 price range, the. It goes up to 3-5k. I highly doubt we’ll get a 3-5k model, maybe 3K, but I’m basically just curious if it’s worth it to get the vive chair that’s $900. It seems to be okay for the money, but I’ve learned my lesson so many times on trying to buy the cheaper stuff and then wished I’d have just spent more
Hello Hazey, Thank you for your comment. We run a business and that is the difference. Not only is the inventory stored in several United States warehouses, we stock all parts for repairs, answer the phone and have a full support system. We don't speak about other products, but we do encourage you to do a lot of homework prior to buying. Sometimes there is a high cost to "saving a few bucks". Anyway, wishing you a great day!
Hello Robert, yes. We have MANY videos of our chars going through all different terrains. You can view our channel here: ruclips.net/channel/UC5__s2ucXl7gQIe3fyvdBxg

Do you need both batteries to operate, or can you use one battery only.
Hello Carmen, the chair will operate with one, or both batteries. It works best with 2 batteries loaded at the same time.
