Very good, detailed and awareness video on hyponatrema. It has very good graphical illustrations\demonstrations with very good explanations on the treatment of hyponatremia based on the understanding sodium content in the body. Well delivered and well done!!
I had a Sodium level of 99 and was in ICU for 10 days but survived. Apparently it was due to combination of prescription medication. I was told it was one of the lowest levels ever recorded but I am fine now. Had a close call!
How much fresh water would one have to drink to get this condition from a severely dehydrated state? Can other salts in normal ground water substitute for sodium? There is the old advice to not drink fast, but it didn't seem to matter for me.

Great video but one small comment. Molality refers to the amount of moles of solute per 1 kg of solvent (in this case water), not per kg of solution.
