Yes, you don't ask for suffering but when you're in the midst of suffering, go through it with prayer; standing on His Word, knowing He is right there in the midst of it with us. As we trust Him, His power ignites because us trusting Him is His desire, and he will bring us through, and all things will work out for the good because trusting Him is loving Him and believing His Word.
That's truth we need to hear every Sunday, so we stop thinking it's Strange. Also teach how to go through and the benefits that are produced when you come out of suffering.

Stripping away the flesh and being born again in Christ is rewarding and hard at the same time. When I got saved I thought life would be easier but boy oh boy did life show its tail, my first heavy spirit that I encountered was my boss.
This is so good... It's been my prayer for the older generation to share the word in word and deed. example: invite younger women over to share things that are relevant to them whether it be caring for their children or showing them how to bake or cook a good meal. Sometimes just being available with a listening ear
"We don't retire in the Kingdom of God" hallelujah 🙌🏾 reminds me of Psalm 92:14-15 which says of the righteous "they shall bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing, to declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteous in Him."
Jackie said "Defaulting to the flesh to understand our suffering"....that's a whole Spiritual University Course in and of itself. My friend's husband is having brain strokes unseen, the doctor crying and stopped the MRI because she couldn't handle what she was seeing. 4 strokes in 20 minutes. We started praying and the Holy Spirit says I can't do what I want until he "forgives", Our prayers were stopped at "Forgiveness". God help us as a people.
Come on Jackie!!! Speak on it!! Some of older saints need to reevaluate themselves before connecting to the younger generation. I’ve had that experience myself..some speak from their past experiences but are still stubborn,selfish and stuck in their own ways. I’m very wise and pay close attention to anything said to me.
Such a blessing you two are, I have so missed the wisdom in my grandparents and parents. I often think about the conversations that we had. My grandmother had me reading the Bible to her at 9 years old. While the other kids were out playing, I would be reading her the word. She is no longer here, and I miss her and her wisdom so much.
Ms. Jackie you tapped into something that the Lord has put in my heart. I am praying for unity in the body of Christ. I’m praying for God to tear down the walls that divide us. Two of those walls is denominationalism and racism. We have to be one to remove the chaos that is allowing the adversary to keep us divided. Praying for you and your ministry. This is sooo profound!!! I literally was talking to my Husband yesterday about how I have never had a spiritual mother to take me and nurture, train and teach me. I am now in the seat of passing the baton and I’m an encourager and always sharing the word with the younger generation every opportunity I can…I believe this is a revelation that is being addressed by the body of believers and I am excited for the nurturing of women as well as our men that we are embarking upon!!!
Im glad to hear you, CeeCee, expound upon the work of the Ministry. Such as Titus 2, whereby, the Word says the older Women are to teach the younger Women. The teaching isnt just in Word, it is also indeed. There are many "Christian celebrities" who pretty much mimic the lifestyles of carnal Christians, if you will. In other words, when Babes in Christ are focused on the optics and the boasting of outward appearance more than the inner sanctification. Timothy is encouraged to stir up the gift of God in him.

Dealing with that in my life now… 2 Corinthians 4:8-10: “We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; 9 persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. 10 We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.”Then 16-18: 16 “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. 17 For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 18 So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.” Hallelujah! It ALL has a purpose! To GOD be the GLORY!!!!

I feel close to them and I never have and may never meet them . That’s okay because we know the exact same God and I Love them like my own family. Tbh, when I heard Jackie's sermon referenced here, I was MAD! I have been going through the same struggle for years now, and I just assumed that if God was truly just, He'd bring me out of it. But it was the close of it, recognizing that Jesus who was PERFECT, and God's very own begotten Son had to enduring suffering anyway, that brought me back to myself. Everyday, I've been reminding myself of who God is in spite of what my life and environment says, and it's really grown my faith. Hang in there, sisters! The suffering of this present time doesn't compare to the glory that is to be revealed to us! If God did it for Jesus, He'll do it for us!

I always say "I'm fine, I'm good, I don't need help" but I have been suffering for over 10years and have been seeking a grown up sent by God who can talk to me... so I'm still waiting because I'm empty, hungry, thirsty, drained, weak, and desperate.... all with a smile pasted on my face. My body is now fighting me because I haven't connected with the Titus women in my life.
Please put it in a book the stories that our senior saints demonstrated through miracles signs and wonders in the local church in the home not the most popular and noted saints but “regular” family members who God used. I have great memories of how God me and my mother and I know you and your family have similar experiences.
So true Jackie. Wisdom is right there in your home. Young people are canceling out Wisdom. Ladies this is so true and beautiful. We need the mature to impart those experiences within us. I am here today because of the mature that discipline me and loved me. On the other hand, I was not always receptive of them and even rebelled........but God! Those words did not return void I just missed out on giving the honor due in real time. Now I am the mature and you reap what you sow Yet God is Faithful and he forgives us .
