If only Texas was able to request some order over this issue. NYC can say we want full manifests of who is on the bus, only drop them off from 8AM to 4PM Monday-Thursday, and we can veto any bus that goes through that approval process. If only Texas was able to request a notice and a full manifest of people coming into their state but wait oh, they can't. Every time they tried to enforce some sort of border control the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT would SUE the STATE OF TEXAS. If the federal government is more interested in suing an entire state rather than fixing the problem, then our system is corrupt.
The State of Texas can't control or put barriers on a Federal Border. That is the job of the federal government. Not a state government. You might need to take a civics class

No where did I say Texas to put up a wall, I said to ENFORCE existing federal border laws. Yet still, the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is still suing the State of Texas for enforcing basic Federal Border laws. This goes even beyond the razor wire or floating river wall that the feds made Texas take down. Just basic enforcement is now seen as defiance for this administration. Also, how would suing an entire state help anyone in anyway?
@mOOOp42 It is illegal for the state to put barriers on a international border controlled by the federal government. That violates many treaties and international laws. It is the job of the Federal government to deal with the border. Not a state government. That is how the law works.

There are already laws in place so that border patrol and other officials can help with this problem but yet you keep bringing up a barriers as if you’re a Civics expert. I am pretty sure Texas is trying to get them on the buses and moved to their destinations as fast as possible to deal with the high volume. The other states expect some kind of timing and pace for them to make sure they get there during morning hours. Do they expect the migrants on the buses that crowded to wait overnight with little food or water? I think Chicago wanted them weekday deliveries only from 8am until noon.
