i love watching people chop ingredients like this, especially when it's for dishes like this. it's so rewarding to eat something you worked so hard to make. beautiful knife skills, btw, i loved the video :)
Wow, this looks good! I learned some chopping techniques from you today! Also, the transition between the last bit of film and the artwork was flawless -- I didn't realize you included your artwork until a few seconds passed! 😎
I finally made a recipe from this channel! I replaced the iceberg lettuce with korean cabbage that I soaked in mirin and sesame oil, and I replaced the fish here with amaebi and ahi tuna that I lightly seared on one side. I had to put a sunny side up egg on top to bind the gojuchang well. Yum! Thanks for the inspiration. 😊
Is this dish not supposed to be eaten with chopsticks? I ask because I have had way too much fun working on my chopsticks skills lately ha ha. If I can find all the ingredients (or close enough), I will definitely be trying this recipe soon! Also my mom says your pie crust recipe is the best one I've ever made, and personally, I agree with her. :)
Im so happy the pie crust turned out great!!! You can definitely use chopsticks! But I believe this dish like bibimbap is usually eaten with a spoon. But it’ll be great practice nonetheless! Haha
