The guy is dead, and Was more physically fit than you'll ever be.
He had a serious colon disorder that nearly killed him. He ended up in emergency surgery and his whole colon was removed. it caused a lot of serious health problems. It's a miracle that he fought his way back to fitness at all. Why don't you try and Google his story, you might learn something.
