Guessing it has solid mounts throughout, DSS rear axles, rear diff lockdown kit. Me personally for this build I’d do a sequential transmission. Doing a 1-4 ppg dog set is going to be uncomfortable for the street, and 5th gear is useless, 6th gear will still work for highway OD. Show / drag car might as well spend the money and go sequential. Absolutely beautiful build, love that the owner did it low key and not for internet clout.
Didn't do it for clout? But made a RUclips video...
@@zachromine4140 it was for his dad.
Wow, cool to see Kino finally get this thing completed. I remember when I first saw him in 2017 with his "mostly stock" STI. Crazy to see the final results.
🙌🏻
@@_AlexanderVargashi
Damn y’all talked him into buying a 20k block that’s meant for drag racing 😂
Dope setup but those pulls look like 500. I definitely wouldn’t run 1000 on those narrow stretched tires
Agree, I have 400whp in mine and this doesnt really look faster, and pulls through the gears at about the same rate in the incar shots :P
There’s a big chance he feathered into the throttle or only hit 80% acceleration.
100% bs
He definitely ain’t making 1000 wheel, he’s using a cobb access port and you can’t even run ethanol with cob anymore also if you’re pushing 1000+ you’re on a standalone dyno tuning not tuning with some bullshit access port lol
@@reign5000There's no way that engine bay is only making 400 to 500hp!
Sick build! Good job EQT !
Always a good day when Alex uploads 😁
Lovely! IAG do supply those gold billet blocks that's capable of 1,000+ hp. I think there's a couple here in Manila that's being built as well by MEK automotive.
yes sir., saw them in their page. glad to see a good tuner in PH. maybe I can buy an STi in the PH and get it tuned there lol
Mind blown 1000hp from a 4 banger i guess endless potential for endless wallet as well 😂💸
great love big hp subaru cars = such a light weight small engine size 4 cylinder = eating some huge big dollar exotic cars !
This build is crazy bro!!
This makes my heart happy
There’s no way it’s making 900 in its current form as they drove it
Maybe at the flywheel. Some nos hiding in the boot..😆😆
This was my thoughts exactly !! That’s not a 1000hp car at all.
There’s no way that was wide open throttle though, he drove it like a scared girl that’s all
I have a1000 who goal in my wrx as well. But I want to run a rocket style anti-lag. The goal is to run cleetus and cars spectator drags.
before i knew it the video was over ! dope car😎
❤️❤️❤️
This is kinda my dream build simple cosmetic mods. Only difference would be my choice of power which is around 550-600
Now this what u call a Creme de la Creme engine build
Crazy money ! Must love wrx
🤟🏻🙌🏻
Such a cool build & story! That looks more like -8 feed, that should supply all the fuel for the power she makes
You usually run a -10 from the tank and then split into -8s to the rails ... that's what I run.
First time hearing a Rowen exhaust on a high hp build, different sound.
True!
awesome video man! love the build
Thanks!
Stock trans? Bro must be rock solid.
Pretty colours. Ironman color scheme in engine bay.
love subies, but it's awful how expensive it gets to make power. but that's the game, respect it.
that engine block looks soooooooooo JUICY lol
Great video!!!
Thanks!
for that price I’ll just go for the GTR 😅
Subie gang are crazy, car breaks often and they still love it
@@Chocobohunter man I’ve owned subies for 5 years now and have had a STi for 2 years. No issues at all. It’s all how you treat it.
@@LymaxVisualsI agree with you man! I got a outback and just got me a Hawkeye and is not bad they just oil hungry but of course they Will break if you take them so sketchy place to fix them
Subies are luxury and should be treated as such when it comes about maintenance and performance upgrades if you don't want any problems or just simply drive them like a Grandma 🤣
Nice BOV 💀 4:26
Super STI
says it's twin MVS wastegates but it doesn't sound externally gated?
Wants a Reliable 1000 awhp but has stock drivetrain? 🤯
Been 2 years.. how’s the reliability been? Has anything broke? Thanks
So I'm kinda confused... At one point they said $70-80K but at the end the guy said $50K... Which one is it? I really need to build out a budget because I want to do a 1000WHP build.
There are 2 ways to do 1000whp mustang dyno, 1 is using a factory case which will not be reliable long term and cost more money when case is junk or the way they went which is using billet block. So $8500 for factory case to $20k for billet. Heads will be $5500-$7500, fuel system will be another $5k without a surge tank add $1k more for surge. All motor assesories, timing components, oil pan, oil cooler, oil pump, mounts, around $5k. Then turbo setup you are looking around $10k for an ETs twin scroll kit with FMIC and a big precision either 6470 next gen or a gen 2. That gets motor wise mostly taken care of let’s call it $50k with tuning doing it right or $40k doing it using factory case. That’s why most stop at 800whp mustang dyno because above that is where the factory case will show it’s limitation on lifespan. My build is going to be a destroked ej25 with factory case, and I won’t go above 800whp mustang if I wanted more I would go billet block and make a nuttier motor, I should have them leave the deck height bigger and do a long rod non destroked and drill access holes to change my plugs 😁 but would be a 2.7L with a 1.8 rod/stroke ratio and rev to 9500rpms like my destroked motor will.
Many car terms I’m still tryna learn and under stand but this journey is fun
so i'm in a 17 wrx premium(fa20). what would you guys who are more familiar in this field recommend to reach the 400club? currently I only have a catback and base map, waiting for big sf intake and a jpipe for the next change. anything after/else with the next part I should be on the look out for/to do?
Damn so many Haters! Wow! I love this car!
🙌🏻
Get a sequential bro ...run it at around 700 hp and drive it like it should be driven hehehe
How's this making that power with 2x walbro 525 at that boost
Amazing build! Definitely needs a No Coast Engineering mount for the Airlift controller!
Totally agree!
@@_AlexanderVargas is car foo sell
🔥🔥🔥
What shop put this build together ?
Owners defunct lol, drag car with a stock drivetrain… I’m not finishing this video but I bet it doesn’t have a launch in it and I bet he doesn’t go to the strip like they just said they built it for…
you obviously dont know what your talking about. Subaru STi's stock transmissions can handle 1000+. They are very strong transmission. Do some research first before you make yourself look bad
@@jeffjurs09 Gate keeping differentials looks wayyyy worse than me calling sti owners defunct lol. Come again, ma’am.
Hpnestly i would love to build an outback with about half that power for baja type stuff.
Dyno sheet?
My lawnmower makes 1000hp if I don't have to prove it.
I killed 3 fuel pump controllers til I upgraded to an aftermarket one and never had the issue again.
Is this sti a 1/1 1000hp in the world?
Wow 60-70k OMG insane all that just to 1000hp in 2022
Shifts the second the boost hits.. 5200 rpm shift
70-80k not including the car itself? My lord
😍😍😍😍😍
.... Stock drivetrain?
sti trans is a beast
1100? Hmmmmmm.....
what shop are the builders from?
Did he say 80k for 1000hp????🙀🙀🙀
shouldn’t have cost that much haha
So no social media?
1100 ON WHEEL MY AZZ!
this is more like it, ruclips.net/video/-H1uKfat2Ao/видео.html&ab_channel=_BaderBuilt
Dang i can't aforrd a 450hp 04 wrx lol
Daily driven?
Very cool build, but respectfully, there is no way it has 1000hp
It’s not they are lying hard core, he said he’s running e85 but has a Cobb access port and you can’t run e85 with Cobb anymore it’s been like that for awhile now also if he’s making that kind of power he should be on a standalone ecu dyno tuning and not tuning with a fucking accessport…. I’m calling all the cap cause my 500 wheel is definitely faster than that on 91
1000 hp and still on a Accessport? Why not a stand alone? Seems sketchy to trust a Accessport to keep a motor that expensive from blowing up.
E85 has a lot of leeway for safe AFR. If it is able to set off the spark there may not be a lot to gain from a stand alone. The Subaru boxes have been pretty well gone through so I could see it being reliable.
Lmao bet he’s going stand-alone now with that new Cobb “green” rollout
colors are a bit whack with a rainbow of colors but nice car
1100?
70k definitely has to do with labor n stuff to build a 1000whp subie it be like 35k to 40k lol most people that built a 700 600whp spent 25k not including labor
what's the model of these mag
Thanks!
1100hp on stretched tires 🤢 I’d gap this in my 800hp sti
Yea the stretched tires definitely tell me it’s making a lot less power
Any bagged vehicle is not a performance vehicle
All that money into the engine and has a super dangerous harness bar in it..
Yeah, 1000 Hp okay we will say that lolol
1100hp my arse
I already know you’re not making 1000 wheel using a Cobb access port nice try though, you can’t even run ethanol with Cobb anymore lol
Likely a 700hp car! Looks like 1000hp! Dyno and put your money where your mouth is!
I am subaru lover but this une dont have 1k hp even 700 its to much for this une, have the part but no the hp
spends $80k on mods
*STILL RICED OUT*
Bla bla bla, put it on the dyno, that's not even close to 1000hp at all. A stock sti grarbox will not even remain on earth bolted upto 1000hp.
Who would want an 1000 hp street car...🤔🤔
I would trade the billet block for a motec exedy triple is 10x better
Honestly $20,000 for 1000 WHP is nothing to be complaining about that’s actually very cheap. To be quite honest with you I don’t believe it one bit. I call BS! Show the dyno tune.. Doesn’t sound no where near a 1000 whp. My 400+ sounds better. Just saying
20k just for the shortblock. And I'm guessing it has EL headers now which most people don't like the sound
@@1bugeyedrex Yeah it’s Twinscroll so equal length manifold needed.
too much red. somebody went powdercoat insane on this
Not making 1000+ cars moving way to slow
Your acting like this is the first 1000hp sti lol
Typical ej ticking away at idol. Mine does the same.
Not interested in boring drag racing, so straight line a 10 year old can do it…. Looking to continue building a track car for actually driving. Track/Circuit.
This man is carrying your channel.
Waste of money but beautiful build...These engines just aren't meant for "reliable" big power...If I wanted 1000whp, I'd get a v8...As much as I love my Subie but 400whp is damn fun for these little cars...You'll surprise many NA v8's
$20,000 spent on a motor that is destined to fail. LOL
poor stock trans
All the money an engine can cost, only dope dealers can afford, 80,000 for 4 cylinders is more than stupid should have dropped a big block Chevy for 15,000 last the rest of the cars life without daily maintenance and a horrible Subaru oiling system that all the billet blocks will not solve, with Subaru you should buy 12 packs of cranks and bearings put a new set weekly and drive it for another week..
Gayyyyuy.
at the end of the day you have to love the subi platform or the $$ just isnt worth it.......FOR FAR FAR LESSS you can build a faster cooler car than any subi will ever be.....subis are not pretty they arent crazy they look like a familyfamiy car and it cost $70k to have a fun time
$70k after you buy the $32k car so your over $100k into a fuckin subi hahah you could buy a lambo....you could even get a used Ferrari and you choose a god damn ugly mom car that breaks ALLOT
Did your step-dad who beat you drive a outback or something , damn you bitter.
The EJ engine is garbage. Audi EA888 gen 3-4 is far superior.
not even close to 1000hp
(Disliked for foul language).
Great car !! But that is definitely not a 1000hp car….
sounds like stock wheel hp
Hit me up
