This 4th of July will always be remembered as I was part of a wonderful story. In all my years of being around animals this was a first for me, and while I never thought I would be a part of something so wonderful, I sure am glad I was.

That’s amazing that you understood a dog needed help and that you came to the rescue to help save that doggy!! And it’s so neat that Sunday the dog said “help help my siblings in trouble” in its own way or crying tone of bark !!! And that you understood what he was saying!!!
Like on the tv show Lassie used to bark or cry “Help, Timmy fell in the well, he needs help!!”
Our minidachshund barked that way the other day and it’s a totally different call which is so good to be aware of!!

Arlene, i had forgotten about Lassie, and yes it was just like that!! Thank you for the very kind words. It was an amazing event to be a part of. I hope you had a spectacular 4th of July!
