Last year, I purchased a used 2018 'Premium' Lexus RX 350. With the 'Premium' editions, the individual options, are all different (dependent on what the original owner, had ordered from the factory). For instance.....My Lexus, does NOT have GPS maps, sensors in the bumpers for parking, the hand over the hatch badge lift, and other options, that you would think, would be standard on a Luxury SUV, at the price range that they are. You really have to do your due-diligence/homework, when purchasing a used Lexus RX 350.
My wife LOVES her RX 350..... Drive and never worry about the thing breaking down...

Seeing several new car lots with predominately silver, white, and black vehicles reminds me of watching black and white TV as a kid growing up in the 50s and 60s...It would be so refreshing to see the different greens, blues, and red colors mixed in with them.
just picked up a 2018 Rx350 luxery edition and love it to death. i sat in it for 2 hours just listening to the 15 speaker stereo system and holy cow! superb. traded in my 2017 tacoma off road and what a night and day difference, lol. had 24000 miles on it and picked it up for 39500$. compaired to 60000$ new.

The upgrade package is definitely worth it. Got it last week. Not the F sport but has pretty much everything except sport gauge cluster, aluminum gas/brake panels, and grill. Has everything else

I live in Arizona, but I would go to you for a purchase if you were not so far from me---or I from you!!! This vid is great. More than that, the advice given about providing solutions as opposed to chasing sales is over the top brilliant. I for one, knew that; not because I am so smart, but because I was taught early on in my career, the importance of imparting VALUE to the customer in a way that make the purchase a forgone and logical conclusion. This is one smart guy. If you sell cars, I would carefully consider his advice.

I bought my new 2012RX and later traded it in for a new RX2016. Amazing cars I actually love them both, the 2016 somewhat more!!. I collected almost all your RX videos and saved them on my I-pad and played them over and over, especially on the information systems.

I’m into my 3rd RX hybrid sports luxury and again I’m in love. Sonic quartz with two tone brown interior. Yummy!
The only downfall with the 2011 was the slippery leather seats, others ladies agree we had to keep pushing ourselves slightly back into position after hard turns and hard braking. Weird but true. 2007 & 2016 had phenomenal seats.

I read that the RX suv line is the only vehicle that has never had a driver die in it from an accident,,,,,, doesn't matter on yr I own a 08 rx350 and a 2000 es300 and 04 sequoia plus 06 corolla lol I worked at toyota Lexus for 15 yrs Got on rambling,,, great video by a professional salesman 👨💼
I bought the NX a few months ago with nebula gray exterior and creme nuluxe interior. Every person that gets in it compliments how soft the seats are and how the "leather" is so nice. I think you talked about that in your NX video. I was thinking I may upgrade to the RX in a couple years, but I don't know Im really happy with my NX.

Wish you were the rep that helped my sister in her past 2 leases at Lexus. In my region of nj they are so shady and usually use Msrp as bait to then give you a totally different #. We went out of state to get rx but left w the Gx for less monthly payments. If you go in w $ or check they seem like they don’t wish to help you much cause they want you to finance from them. A good dealership rep and mgr are rare

I bought my 2015 rx 450 brand new with 11 miles back in sept 9 2014 n fully loaded set me back 55k pearl white. Love it paid off last yr nov. I’m gonna buy a 2016 one for really cheap 35k

Hey, I like the RX 350 and mine is one of those sent as used vehicle to Africa. How do confirm if it actually a 2019 model. On the driver side door it is written 2019. Is there any other way of knowing. I have some other questions I will just for answer on this one.

I needed to buy a car. I was not setting out to find a Lexus, but a 2010 RX350 with only 74,000 was at a dealership for $15K. It looks and feels brand new. It has the luxury package. . I love this car. It is by far the best I have ever owned. I am learning so much from all of your videos.

Excellent advice at the end. I looked at Prius' before going with a _beautiful_ new Lexus ES300h hybrid. The problem at the Toyota place was I asked the guy to track down the exact vehicle I wanted to buy, and he never got back to me. If he had done so especially in a *TIMELY* manner, I might have never ventured over to the Lexus dealership. I went to Lexus to check out a CT200h, and my incredible salesman understood how important the 40 mpg was to us, and demonstrated just how much the ES was a huge jump in luxury and smooth ride up form the CT. We went with the ES and love it. BTW it's in Nebula Gray Pearl which looks a. mazing.

Ive owned a Lexus since 1997 & I've had an ES300, GX, NX, ES350 & all have been fantastic vehicles. I still have my 2014 ES350 in Black. I do not like the look of the RX350 & people on my block own them, to be exact 6 people. I broke with tradition & bought an Infiniti QX60, 2019. So far I love it hahaha it has about 25 milestone it. I wanted to buy a Lexus but do not like the jellybean shape of the RX. My next sedan will be another Lexus. My son has our 1997 ES300 with 250,000 miles all original except muffler, tires, oil changes every 3000 miles, timing belt we changed at 125,000miles, brakes. Everything else is original. No rust at all. He commutes 100 miles a day with this car & it never broke down once. My 2014 needed a water pump last week which surprised me because the 1997 has the original water pump, even the original starter.
