Easily one of the best tracks from Bloodborne. Fits Father G’s fight perfectly and it sounds like something straight out of a horror movie. Great work!
Ooh, what's that sound... The sweet music, ooh, it sings to me! It's enough to give a man chills. if you're gonna touch the souls trilogy you should start with sir alonne's theme i think you would do a fantastic job :D
@@redpandafirefox9434 2 years ago what made me buy bloodborne was Gehrman, the first hunter soundtrack. I played knowing who gehrman was (a prisoner from an eldrich beast, condemned to eternal self-inflicted suffering for possibly not wanting that for others) and i all knew is that i wanted to free him and how(going to clinic only after red moon, last boss before fire on hunter's dream and arianna questline). I didnt even knew about the old workshop, finding that was amazing. best game of my life.
Haha I imagine this version would wreak havoc on most players but I'm no expert - it's definitely leaning towards a modern hyped sound while staying purely orchestral. That's awesome to hear though - I got pretty granular with my transcription of the individual brass gestures. It was tricky placing everything because of how widely dispersed the low brass is. I'm guessing It's a non-traditional seating arrangement (or just one I'm not used to). Anyway, glad you can appreciate the details and thanks for listening as always :)
Oh that's right I totally forgot haha. Yeah I can do that :) I should probably do more extended versions since they have a better chance of reaching a larger audience.
You can bet on that. Been building and fine tuning my personal choir for the last year and a half. Had a number of setbacks including my entire system dying over the summer - unrepairable mac failure. Been putting the pieces back together on a much older system. I'll make it work. I won't be stopped. Thank you for listening to my music and sharing your encouraging thoughts :)
This is a very good job!!! I also really like the music from Bloodborne!!! I am also learning to compose in this style. Can you suggest which libraries you used? I use Metropolis, but it clearly lacks samples.
The best advice I can give is to attempt a mockup with what you currently own. Metropolis should get you pretty far. If you hit a wall try editing the samples to get the rest of the way. Bloodborne mockups are really challenging and technical so they're great for learning how to solve specific problems that you don't have a perfect sample or instrument for. This a great way to master specific libraries which is much more valuable than buying new ones. Don't fall for that trap.
@@snekcube107 I think I'm going to finish Grotesque Figures/Opened way from Shadow of The Colossus today and tomorrow. I know a few people are looking forward to more of those. Plus it'll give me a break from the intensity of the Soulsborne stuff. Those really burn me out.
@@alienlordgamin5339 It's a bit drowned out - too much reverb, not enough clarity. A shame because I spent a lot of time on the balance only to wash it out. I agree though, I'll likely rework it when I put out more of the bloodborne tracks I've been hoarding for the last year. It's a good starting point for a second version. I appreciate your input :)

This makes the brass player in me very happy

Beasts all over the shop

Sooner or later…
Nicely done, dude!
although I prefer that first phase version you made some time ago, this one sounds great, especially with the brass.
And Don't forget to do EXTENDED VERSION OF
Twin Princes (Epic Orchestral Arrangement) !!!!!!!!!!!

I always wondered how it sounded if Bloodborne's tracks were of a horror aspect.

Can you do EldenRing Godfrey theme please?
It'll be a while but I'll get to it at some point for sure. It's one of the more difficult pieces to do well.

I feel like something’s slightly dulled in the audio.
I don't love the mix to be honest. I'll probably send it to my unlisted "graveyard" at some point.
It’s not a bad mix, I think it just needs to have the volume increased. I’d love to see a second version sometime in the future.
