- OSHC (Overseas Students Health Cover) is one of the requirements to have a student visa in Australia.
Many students don't know what's covered and not covered in their OSHC insurance.
So, this video will help you with general things that are covered and not covered in OSHC.

Hi sir I got Australian student visa for February intake 2023 and my OHSC Starts from Feb 01 but I'm planning to arrive Australia on December 09 /2022 So I have contacted insurance company and adjusted the dates now do I have to upload the updated OHSC certificate in immigration portal kindly help me sir

Sir, I am a Kidney Transplant recipient, I received it in April 2021. Hopefully, I will be coming to Australia on a student study visa in Feb Intake. I have to do my tests every month and I am on medicine that costs me around AUD 202 per month. Will my medication and tests are covered in OHSC?
I think they will not cover any pre existing condition. Rest you can email and ask any of the ohsc providers.. they may guide you.

Will the cost for brases cover through student insurance.
Anything related to dental won't be covered unless you decide to take extra insurance
Which is best Nib or allianz ?
Allianz has really bad customer service as well as the card doesn't work on most doctors and you've to wait months for a small portion of reimbursement !
