If you run frequently, it's so recommended to check what's the best shoe for you at a specialist store. So many people run in the wrong shoes for their feet.
I also got fitted to a Hoka One One because my feet needed that stability too :)

I’m going to talk to a recruiter next month is there any advice you can give on the whole meeting process and what questions to ask?
I would just let the recruiter know that you're not there to be lied to or told to settle just because, because often times that's what recruiters do because they wanna meet a quota but just be very real with them. This won't happen till later during job selection but always get as much information of the jobs you qualify for that you want to put down on your list. Random tip: join the facebook groups for shippers and basic training. There's so many different people you can talk to and get insight from that are enlisted. Good luck to ya!
I would recommend you to look up at least 10 jobs that you will definitely enjoy for next 4-6 years. Also, definitely prepare all of your paperwork before meeting the recruiter, so the process will be easier and faster. If you have any medical conditions that they should know, including asthma, bone fractures, allergies, then I would start gathering those medical records right now before meeting the recruiter. If you don’t get those paperwork ready, the process will take longer and you will get more frustrated.

i have a question, for bringing your glasses do you need to have a paper prescription with what your eyes need and information or do you just bring your glasses and that’s it
They’ll issue you glasses and you’ll wear those. You can wear your own once you get to tech school.

Is the asvab test hard? I’ve been studying. And now I’m having self doubt. Thursday is when I take the test. I really want to go to the Air Force. I don’t want to be a civilian anymore, it’s boring
it wasn’t super hard in my opinion. If you know what kind of job you wanna go for study hard for that. I knew I wanted to go mechanical so I studied more in the mechanical comprehension & auto and shop portions of it

Hi!! I ship out july 12th and I’ve heard about people doing their hair the night before and sleeping in a durag… I love the idea of this but I’m white and I’d hate to offend or upset anyone lol. I could be totally off base with this and I’m sorry if I am. Would you recommend doing it or not doing it?
