I have arthritis in both knees as well as my lower back. Id like to try these exercises are they safe for my back? Do you suggest doing them daily? Your channel is amazing by the way!
No one has commented. I'm here because my left knee won't allow me to enjoy life. Injured it several years back and just got insurance this year. PT isn't helping. I'm 61 and haven't watched this video yet. Really hoping isometrics help.
