gotta say, normally I comment after watching the whole thing, but the pre-intro got me, it is too strong for me :D currently on my 7th loop of "so simple" & "so speedy" and it shall become a quote. I'll try to get to the rest soon :) Thank you for all your videos, tips, tricks, sharing your mental health stuggles and mainly thank you for making kind, peaceful and honest content. I wish you all the best for the winter! ^-^
Hi Clair. I am new to your channel today. You remind me so much of my niece and you are so fun to listen to and watch. I chuckled when you mentioned how many plants you have. My husband thinks I have too many with only 22 in our home. I love my plants and want more. I look forward to learning from you how to grow and sustain healthy plants here in Colorado Springs, CO. We are high altitude and dry here. Thank you and have a wonderful day.😊
Oooh part 2 please! 🎉 Also, when the video started I definitely wondered if the Cebu Blue was going to be on the list since mine has been so so prolific and I feel like I cut/propagate it all the time. (I have 7 plants of Cebu Blue now) 😂
I've just had a plant delivery whilst watching this and received my euphorbia ingens variegated and omg it's stunning, I'm going to have to measure and take photos now 😂
I got a Euphorbia ghost because of you. I've always wanted one but I was scared to get one because I never owned a plant like that before. But It's been so easy! I've cut so many branches off and they prop so easily as well.
I know you're not an orchid person, but one that I want to add is Dendrobium Speciosum (rock orchid). It's beyond easy to take care for (put it in bark and give it a weekly 30 minute bath with some orchid fertiliser) and it's such a fast grower in my experience.
I think you’ve finally convinced me to try semi hydro. I’ll go back and try to find your past videos as I know you talk about your great success in almost all your videos😂. I’m really interested in the fertilization routines and products as you only spoke about light and watering in this one.
When I first got my Frydek it was a king! The the gnats had a family reunion in the soil. When I repotted my king fell from grace. I have 1 leaf that now is producing growth points! Hopefully my Frydek makes an amazing comeback
I’ve already ordered the Alocasia regal shield online. It’ll be here next week and I can hardly wait. There are several more I want to add from your great descriptions of easy and fast-growing; alas, must space out purchases! 😅
My regal shield got so big I gave it to a friend! I kept some corms and shoved them in a pot of aroid mix. They grew so fast! It’s nearly as big as the original! Leaves get very big!!I would recommend putting it a little higher if you can so you can enjoy the BEAUTIFUL undersides of the foliage. ❤
My aglaonemas grow like weeds! But im also in a zone 9/10 here in New Orleans! Also, if you want to see cebu blue goals, check out plants by Melissa! Her cebu moss pole is goals! The leaves are HUGE and fenestrate beautifully. ❤ Your flat is goals! With all the windows and hanging space. I’d do it the exact same way if I had tall ceiling like you. 😊
Loved this video. I have the scindapsis Exotica and can attest to it speedy growth. I love aglonema and currently collecting them. I don't have the silver queen but it's on my list.
My Exotica is one of my favorites. It lets me know when it needs water. If i chop it it comes back 3 fold with the growth. And i just love the foliage.....cebu blue has been on my wish list for awhile .....
I just love your videos. So simple so speedy 😂 love it. May I ask a question though. Your Frydek - in soil ninja semi hydro - do you add the soil ninja slow fertiliser? Do you use LGL? Which strength please? And with a grow light how far away from the grow light would you recommend please? Just trying to figure mine out, it’s my favourite plant.
They are beautiful! I had one. It was fine. Then from one day to the next, it dropped dead from stem rot. I'd love to get another. If you ever figure yours out, please share its secrets. Alocasias are a mystery to me.
Loved the video!! I totally agree that hoyas are a great beginner plant, but there are some thin leaf hoyas that are not as beginner friendly bc they are not drought tolerant.
Love this vlog. I got monstera deliciosa albo and early this year I tried the electroculture method and guess what, it's giving great vibes to my plants! I wish you could try it too. Anyways, I'd love a second part of this video!
I love my frydek (non variegated) has done so well for me! Is the variegated one easy as well? Or do you find it more difficult? It’s higher priced so I’ve been concerned about going for it
Loved this thank you!!! Cringing a little bit because I had a beautiful long tetra sperma on a trellis I sold. Before I sold it I took a few cuttings for myself and propped them in water. I just transferred the cuttings to semi hydro using Lechuza pon. I'm now praying they don't rot! Eeeek!
Like you I notice the plants with leaves growing and similarly the Euphorbia don't seem to do much. With your inspiration I've just dug out pictures from last November where luckily I held a tape measure next to them. The Ingens variegated has grown from 40cm to 55cm and the Trigona from 38cm to 67cm! Definitely a good way to compare, like you say they just seem to look the same all the time.
I’m sitting here, making a list of all the simple and speedy. I’m tempted to try the allocasia!s recommended but I have a question...in the winter my house is on the colder side....would plants that are in pon, with roots sitting in water, be more susceptible to root rot, because of the colder temperature? Thanks
Great video i was wondering do you have suggestions for ways to have plants in small spaces? I know u have may different types of "plant storage" are there some that work better in smaller places? Also do u sell cuttings? You have some beautiful plants. thanks for sharing ☺️☺️
My tetrasperma is in aroid mix in low light. It gets dripped on every time it rains as it’s under a leaky bit of roof in my conservatory! It’s getting huge and the leaves are as big as my head! I didn’t realise they get so big! It’s on a moss pole…
So attempted to get the aglaonema silver queen. Btw, on an unrelated note, I always wondered why people call the snake plant slow growing, because all my snake plants grow crazy fast, putting out new shoot all the time that I have to keep throwing away the mother plant when repotting cuz I'm running out pots. And once the babies get repotted (into a pot so large that I worry would lead to root rot), they grow to full size and become rootbound within just a few months. It's like having a litter of cats, I don't understand how it can be considered slow growing at all!
"Finally, plants that can grow faster than my questionable decision-making skills! 🌱💨 Can't wait to watch them thrive while I pretend to have my life together! 😂 #FastPlants #SlowLife"
Isn't it weird how we have different results? My scindapsus looks like scragaldy pooh and yesterday I was just wishing I knew someone I could give it away to!
I’ve had to chop up my exotica like four times cause it keeps deciding to start dying on me 😢 and grows really slowly. Maybe we just aren’t meant to be

I would love to see a part 2 of this video! I enjoyed it so much. I have found my Cebu blue to be a low maintenance dream. And I just got a Frydek; it’s proving to be my easiest going Alocasia! 😃🪴

Good choices for speedy plants! Part 2 please.

Great list! Definitely Agree! Would love a part 2! ❤

Great Video!! Yes to a part two
Your Cacti and Euphorbia always amazes me when you show them in the videos. I love to own one.

Mine is in soil but I can tell you she is not happy since I dropped the temp to 72 for the winter.
When you have your alocasia in pon so you let the reservoir stay dry for any amount of time or always keep water in it?
Great video i was wondering do you have suggestions for ways to have plants in small spaces? I know u have may different types of "plant storage" are there some that work better in smaller places? Also do u sell cuttings? You have some beautiful plants. thanks for sharing ☺️☺️
A good video
Ok I’ve bought ten litres of soil ninja’s semi hydro mix to try. Never used it before!
Part 2!
Claire how did you transition your Frydek from soil to pon 😊
Would be good to know how long you've had your aglonema in semi I hydro as all mine hasn't done that great....
ENJ💚YED Y💚UR 10 FAST GR💚WING EASY IND💚💚R PLANTS!!!
What type of soil do you use for these plants ?
Please what soil do you use in the satin pothos I’ve killed three yet all my other pothos are perfect?

Snake plants in low light dark corners are slow growing but not in bright indirect lighting is my experience.
The regal shields gets enormous. Get ready
Explain how to do simi Hydro plants.
"Finally, plants that can grow faster than my questionable decision-making skills! 🌱💨 Can't wait to watch them thrive while I pretend to have my life together! 😂 #FastPlants #SlowLife"
As quickly as my Alocasia micholitziana grew over the summer, it is currently dying of spider mites, fungus gnats and root rot😢
Yes oce beatyfuul I nice oce 💪💪💪💪💪💪❤❤
Scindapsus?! Fast growing!? What am I doing wrong 😭 lol mine are fine but they don't grow that fast for me
Feel u, got 3 new leaves in 4 months
Isn't it weird how we have different results? My scindapsus looks like scragaldy pooh and yesterday I was just wishing I knew someone I could give it away to!
I’ve had to chop up my exotica like four times cause it keeps deciding to start dying on me 😢 and grows really slowly. Maybe we just aren’t meant to be
