1. 🌿 Conservation: Reforestation in Senegal with the Jane Goodall Institute
The aim of the project is to preserve the habitat of the chimpanzees in Senegal and to sensitise the population to the sustainable use of natural resources.
For this purpose, 40,000 tree seedlings are planted, which not only serve to reforest and create habitat, but are also indispensable for buffer zones and "living fences". To fight forest fires, fire protection zones are set up, workshops are held and satellite-based fire warnings (Global Forest Watch) are used.
For 20 years, the JGI Austria has been living the work and vision of Dr. Jane Goodall. The protection of chimpanzees goes hand in hand with reforestation and species protection programs as well as comprehensive environmental education for the local population.
2. 🌿 Animal welfare: Animal shelter for street dogs in Bucharest
Little food and little protection from the cold, the street dogs in Romania live in miserable conditions. There is little hope for the animals, since their uncontrolled reproduction is often only combated by killing.
In 2018, the Gut Aiderbichl stray aid was launched. In the specially built animal shelter, homeless dogs are given a safe home and comprehensive medical care. Free castrations, vaccinations, deworming as well as educational work and mediation are also part of the project.
Gut Aiderbichl's stray aid organization has already placed more than 600 animals in forever homes and is currently caring for 150 dogs in the shelter. Neutering is also carried out daily - of street dogs and animals whose owners cannot afford it.
3. 🌿 Children's aid: Humanitarian aid for children in Bangladesh with CARE Austria
Today, more than 42% of children in northern Bangladesh are underdeveloped due to malnutrition, yet the government lacks the resources to ensure healthy food.
CARE Austria is committed to local food security and educates pregnant and breastfeeding women about healthy nutrition for themselves and their children. The central component of the JANO project is the development of an online nutrition platform and the establishment of school gardens and self-help groups.
CARE Austria and CARE International help people in emergency situations such as natural disasters or hunger crises in more than 100 countries worldwide.

Loved this vid! Would enjoy a part 2!
YES PLEASE on the additional update! Your hanging plant tour from last year is one of my favorite videos, and I'd love to see updates on the rest. So glad to see many of them in this video! Thank you for sharing
Where are the rails from that you have your fantastic plants hanging from please? X
That's my question too
Thank you for your great informative and entertaining videos! My passion for houseplants has reached a whole new level, even when I had lots of them for decades. You give me new ideas, my fingers really twitch to grab more plants, if I only knew where to put them!
Maybe you could induce flowers on your jungle cactus by keeping it somewhat dryer and much cooler in the winter season, or at least for some weeks.
This works for my various kinds, they are covered in little flowers every year! They really look like it has snowed on them, so full of tiny white flowers they are.
Thanks for sharing the valuable informations.
Loving the mix of presenting the plants, fun facts, and the in-between-clips with the plant in its original spot 😊
I really enjoyed this video and could do with a part 2. I wanted to say how much I appreciate your including the toxic and non-toxic information because I keep only non-toxic plants because of pets and it's so nice to have that information included in the description, thanks.
Yes, part 2
Thanks so much! Hanging plants are my favorite and I’m wanting to do a hanging plant wall in my den. I would absolutely love a part two video!
I LOVE the format of this video! Entertaining as well as educational and a feast for my plants eyes! Off to watch Part 2!
Would love to see a part 2 of this! I am in love with trailing plants and need more recommendations!
Many thanks Claire, lots of useful info and love the way you share your love of plants with us. So much inspiration xx
Like listening to you whilst doing all sorts of chores, not just planty stuff 😊 🌱
Yes please for part 2.
Absolutely love your hanging baskets! Did you make them? It would be interesting to show & tell your diy planters. Thanks for sharing your lovely trailing plants!
Loved this video and would love a part 2!! One of my faves is my long hoya linearis!
I love this type of video! Thanks for all the little hints on propagations. I love hanging plants and only have 3. Two are spider plants! Thank you so much for all you do. It makes this beginner plant Mom feel very capable!
Great video Claire! That outer variegated spider plant is one of my faves,! A friend gave me some babies and I put 3 together in a hanging basket,in no time at all it grew so many babies and it’s about 3-4 feet long, any that sees it is awestruck when they see it! Great selection of plants you showed us! Yes please to Pt 2. Natalie ❤
I love my curly spider plant!!❤
And YES on Part 2
Yes please for a part two video, loved that one. I would love you to do a 'hardware' video and share with us how to acquire some of those lovely pots and hanging baskets with tips on how to display.
Great comprehensive guide to hanging plants and really helpful information. Thanks Claire! I’m finding cebu blue really easy and fast. Got it in 2020 as an unrooted leaf. It propagates just as fast as an aureum in water. Grows like a weed. Currently on a lazy moss pole to see if I can get it mature. But took cuttings as it looks so beautiful as a trailing plant. Very classy plant. Love your coral cactus and need one in my life. Also Hoya bella.
Love this video and would love a part 2! My favorite hanging plants are string of Hearts and H. Polyneura and strawberry begonia 💚 but my super #1 is my rhipsalis paradoxa! I love that plant so much!
ENJ💚YED Y💚UR T💚P TEN AMAZING PLANTS T🟢 HANG AND TRAIL!!!
Yes to part 2!! Spider plants have always been my favourite! Xx
Love all the fun facts! Just added a couple of these to my wishlist. Please do a part 2.
I love Holzkern, I have a couple of their things that I use a lot. Would love a part 2 of this video, hanging plants look so cool and it's the only space I have left! 😂
I’m in the US and I like your white rods on your ceiling. I can’t seem to find them here on Amazon. Do you have a video showing what you used and how you put it up? Tfs
Another great video Claire 👏🏼 And yes I would def like a Part 2 please 🙏🏼🥰
Hi Claire! Love your videos! How do you quickly and easily water all your plants? I feel like you have tricks! Please share! All I do is make a mess or move everything to the sink. Would love to find a way to more easily, quickly, and cleanly do this task! Thanks for your help!
What a great video, love it! 😍
I just adore my Aeschynanthes (Lipstickplant), it has given me so many blooms for a long periode of time and is super easy.
I also love my Peperomia Quadrangularis, very easy going plant, I got that as a propagation from a friend and its growing like crazy.
And ofcourse my Hoya Bella and Hoya Davidcummingii 🌺🌺
How did you know I needed this video?! That scindapsus is so pretty. I have a Moonlight that I'm positively in love with, and would super enjoy having a traily hangy boi to join the team. I have a new shelf that's above my window and need some lovely friends to trail off of it.
I struggle to understand how people can dislike spider plant. Is easy, grows lke crazy and creates cutest babies 😉
I'm always conflicted about whether to hang plants or put them on a trellis. You've given me some things to think about now haha
Thanks for the info 😊
Love almost all the plants you presented: Red coral is stunning thank you for sharing!
The spider plant is beautiful too but I find as soon as they become easily accessible and cheap, people stop prizing them.
All the hoyas are gorgeous.
Cebu Blue beautiful. Peperomias are amazing too.
Great video congrats!
Ooo would love a part two please. I’m just getting into hanging plants and bought myself a neon pothos and string of pearls today to go with my string of hearts, philo brasil, philo micans and numerous spider plants! My lemon lime maranta is also sort of hanging as it’s growing like a weed 😂
Great video thank you Claire ❤🪴
Peperomia hope is one of my all-time favorites 😊. Would love a Part 2!
This is a wonderful video! I love spider plants. They are amazing!
Your hanging cactus are so pretty.
Your windows are amazing for your collection!
Yes please , do a 2nd video. I love your content.
Oh my they are all very nice but if i had to pick one it would be the Hoya Gracilis. Thank you, very informative.
Or the Peperomia Hope😊
I enjoyed this video. I enjoyed the details, too.😊
I would love a part 2!!!!
Part 2 would be lovely!
I just love my Brazil!!probably my favorite but absolutely spider plants too my curly Bonnie spider has my heart right now
Very good information
I've had a classic green spider plant for almost 13 years and my grandma has it for ~20 years before I inherited it when she died. It's so easy going. Mine is way too big to be a hanging plant anymore. It actually lives outside under the staircase in front of my apartment. It gets a few hours of desert sun in the morning then it's in bright indirect light for the rest of the day. It's too big to hang but I've taken many pups over the years and used them as hanging plants until they became too large to hang from ceiling hooks that may not be in a stud. The previous occupants installed the hooks and I don't want to risk having a large plant break the drywall in the ceiling. I don't know why more people don't like them. I've given away so many pups over the years.
What an amazing treasure you have! I admire your love and dedication to it, I wish I could see what it looks like, I love spider plants!
It’s also uncommon to find the solid green spider plant 💚
Part 2 absolutely!! ❤
I would love a part 2! My favorite right now is scindapsus.
good look
wonderful sharing
Yes a part 2 please 😊
Those purses look awesome!
Fantastic Video! Yes Please, A Part 2 would be Great! Thankyou! I Love your Channel! Hi to Yulie ❤🐾🌿 0:28
Part 2 would be great😊
Hey Claire. Another fab video - starting to get really into jungle cacti at the moment, so love so many were featured. Lush! Just a note to say that the hoya gracilis is pronounced grass-ill-is
Hi Claire! Thank you for another lovely video ❤ I've been meaning to ask, perhaps it has been said somewhere earlier but where do u have those window boxes from? Thaaanks!!😊
Part two!! Yay
Great video. Part 2 would be lovely. I have a spider plant which is a descendant of a plant my late grandad had and the problem I have is that while some of the leaves arch beautifully, most of them snap at an angle. Any advise would be gratefully received.
I got a peperomia hope after seeing your moving video! I love it so much :D
Cebu Blue is mainly and commonly found in the island of Cebu in The Philippines. Hence the name. Beautiful plant :)
Hoya Gracilis is fast becoming one of the my favorite hoyas as well. It looks fairly basic, no venation or something crazy, so I was bool about it for a while, but it's a fast grower and always looks super healthy and lush.
bool?
Thank you for this video!!! Just added a few to my wishlist :) Also side note, I think you look like Daisy Ridley!
First,!!! Also how can I make the hanger things that you hang your plants up with? Thank you and watching 🙏🏾💕
I made a video a while ago about the different ways I make my macrame hangers (both really easy). The video is linked in the description box of this video 💚
Nice vid! Nice dog! Nice plants! Nice presentation! Like your channel allot! 🤗👍🏻
Great video and lovely plants. Do you have any care tips on the Hoya krohniana silver? I guess I underwatered mine.
Need part 2
2nd part YES
❤️ thank you for a great video. 😁
Do you have a trick to watering the plant babies way up? I have a couple of very high ceilings with skylights that I’d like to hang some plants but I’m not sure how I would water easily. 💦 🪴 🤔
Thanks again.
I have a Dracena as well as a hanging plant❤
Idea for a video, about predatory mites and how you use them?
I like the string of hearths :)
I like spider plants. The reasons why I don't have one is that (at least in my care) they always tend to get brown leaf tips and also because they look quite thrips-friendly to me.
The Pseudorhipsalis ramulosa is on my (presently) quite short wishlist, but it's not very easy to come by here in Sweden.
If you don't want burnt spider plant tips, try getting a water filter and water when about 50% dry. Atleast in my experience.
You can get a curly one as well, and that trails much more than the typical straight one.
Yes, please, part 2🪴😊
I love trailing plants, fantastic video. Totally off-topic but you are so pretty and resemble a Disney princess. I hope you don’t somehow take offence to my saying that!
I did recently get a Cebu Blue as well and I’m so impressed by it’s trailing ability and it’s been very kind to me.
Also yes my marble queen is one of my favourites! Such a wonderful plant! ❤
My cebu blue is looking it’s best this year it took a couple years for me to get the hang of it. Mine does not like bright spots
Fantastic plants ❤ The marble queen, can it grow bigger leafs on a moss pole?
Yes, if you grow it on a moss pole, keep the pole hydrated and give it good light they can grow to be HUGE! 💚
Ok thank you 🤗, I ordered one yesterday, together with an N'joy. Can't wait 😃💚 Think I will try moss pole on the marble queen. Have a great weekend 🌱
Maybe your cactus isnt flowering because it isnt getting enough hours of darkness after some sun each day. I read that about my holiday cactus. So i shut the curtain and grow lights off ealier in the day during the holiday bloom season since it needs 16 hours of nearly complete darkness.
Leave the pups on your spider plant. They look amazing when they’ve pupped all the way around the pot. Eventually the pups will pup as well. My last one was nearly 2 meters long
How is your monstera staked up.. What kind of wood ?
Great video! The code doesn't work anymore?
Does anyone know how you can order Gold Leaf fertilizer, recommended by this video creator, Junglehaven, in the United States???
When watering hanging plants, how do you keep them from dripping all over?
How do water all those hanging plants!
Part 2.
What is the plant behind you in this video? It's on my right your left in the basket on the floor. It has long thin leaves and I'm just swooning! 🌱
Ficus binnendijkii alii
When using Pon it’s normally to make a reservoir, how do you use Pon in your hanging plants? Also because you don’t use coverpots….
Pon holds lots of water and releases it to the plant when needed. You may need cover pot that holds water if humidity is really low like when you turn the heat on in the winter. But I guess that’s for the U.S. may be different where she’s at.
@@dixiechick6652 but won’t the Pon fall through the holes in the nursery pots?
When the doorbell rings why do dogs always think it's for them?

Do people really have kids that eat their houseplants? Just curious. Me and my siblings and friends made big messes in the garden making mud pies etc but I’ve never met a kid that has to have houseplants put out of their reach because they eat them, although I guess kids with eating disorders might and I’ve never had a pet that eats my plants either 🤷🏻♀️
You’ll see spider plants & tradescantia in every trailer park in America. They’re cheap & durable. You couldn’t give me one 😬 I know, I know, I’m a plant snob.
Did you mean Mexico and CENTRAL AMERICA? “Tropical America” isn’t a thing… although it does sound lovely! 😅😂
4:20 are there no plants that you don’t particularly like 🤔 maybe you can’t see beyond yourself and that’s you can’t understand why people don’t love the plants you love and dislike the plants you dislike 🤷🏻♀️
What does a non-variegated spider plant look like, I’ve only ever seen this type and the bonnie/curly one?
Please remove the ding noises from the intro ❤ They always scare the soul out of my rodents if I forget to skip them. They are extremely stressfull for some animals
