I'm hoping to share the entire journey with all of you guys here on RUclips. Good, bad, and everything in between. I've got some ideas on what I want to do but am looking forward to getting your feedback and ideas. I'm excited to get out for my first trail ride in the next week or so to see how this machine performs in it's stock form before I start dong any modification. Let me hear your thoughts!

    I have owned a 2020 zforce 950 sport , put 3500 miles on it , was great , now I own the 2022 950 ho ex , have 1600 miles on it , on par with any non turbo 1000 machine out , the axles and drive train are definitely stronger than a Polaris , very comfortable machine as well . Stock suspension does good , has low speed , high speed and rebound adjustments . I had added super atv lower doors and rear window , 3 star front window .

    Cf Moto have certainly improved on fit and finish . Time will tell how they perform . All the power sport companies had to start somewhere . People forget about the original Polaris ranger, Yamaha rhino , Hondas forgotten big red from the mid 2000s just to name a few. The ride quality , engine power, comfort and looks of the newer machines have come along way from the start of the side by side world. Looking forward to your cf Moto adventures. 👍

I don’t plan on trying to break it or abusing it in an unrealistic way but I plan to use every bit of performance they claim it has to see what it truly is capable of. I’m really excited so many people are interested in this. Let’s see what these are capable of. It’s obvious things will break, every machine breaks. Hopefully the things that fail aren’t serious and can be easily remedied. Time will tell, I won’t hold back!

    Budget is the biggest determining factor of buying these machines and bang for buck this machine takes the cake. Comes with nice LCD dash, roof, DIFF Lock, winch. Has good front travel suspension too.
    I think it’s gonna have great power to weight ratio and be a ripper!
    Any machine is better then no machine. Being able to go out and ride is better then not riding.
    Do I want a turbo R? Yes!
    Can I afford it? No.
    So a Trail S fits the budget. Where I’m at we are limited on suppliers for machines. Only 3 choices.
    Bang for buck that CF Moto trail is a great deal! Can’t wait to see you rip it! 🤙🏼

    I have a z950 and I have the factory storage box and it works great keeps everything dry and clean. I have over 1k miles on it and no issues at all. I live in Minnesota and I just broke trail for a can't am three wheel drive and a Polaris XP RZR. The cfmoto is a good rig. I also have the uforce 1000 that is clutched and I run a set of camso tracks on it and I fish every weekend on the ice and I'm sure you know how much snow we got this year and I have had zero issues with that rig either. Only thing I would want is maybe a little more hp in the z. Enjoy

    I just bought a 2023 950 ho ex 2 days ago. It's my second sxs so that i can get the rest of my family on the trails with me. (1st sxs is a 2019 polaris 570). I love the feel of this machine and think it's got great potential. But i have to admit I'm nervous about the aftermarket parts availability. I was looking for aftermarket calipers but can't find any. Only OEM calipers at $399 each! I keep having this gut feeling that i made a $15k mistake. I hope this gamble pays off. I'll be following this channel to see how it goes for you.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  7 месяцев назад

      Hey man. To be totally transparent, I still share many of the same concerns you do. It will take time to truly win me over which is the main point of these videos. To document that process, good or bad. In reality, the aftermarket is improving daily for these. As far as stuff like calipers and more vehicle specific items , that will take much more time. But on a positive note I don’t see failures in parts like that often and if you do see issues they are usually much later into the life cycle of the vehicle. Aftermarket accessory options are improving drastically though. It will all come with time.

You should check that out for sure and RNG has a video showing you which pin to push out on the ECU plug in to eliminate the limiter in low gear and still have the display read that it's in low gear. I love the video. One thing to check out is the seatbelt retractor. On the smaller models, they allow dirt and junk to get inside them because of the opening in the floor next to where they are mounted. It keeps the belt from retracting properly, and usually happens at a bad time out on the trial. Hopefully they fixed this with the 950. I agree, I hate the rocket pods. As far as the bed, I actually like it. A lot of people do a bed delete in other machines to get a similar outcome. I think it gives you a lot more storage, tool box, cooler options with the delete already done.

    • @AdrenalineJunkieProd
      @AdrenalineJunkieProd  Год назад +1

      Ya, I've heard that about the seat belts. The old RZR 900XP used to have that exact same problem. As for the bed, you raise some good points. To me it just seems like something is missing, maybe it just needs a better cage and bumper to finish off the look of the rear. It just looks too naked to me. Even a nice cargo box would probably clean it up a bit and round it off.

    I purchased the 1st z950 sport sold in North America. Something I thought was super great at the time....but now am realizing because of that factor I'm very reluctant to let go of it. The good part out of that is....3 years and 5k miles later the machine has been a gem. I can't speak for all cfmoto machines....only the 3 I currently own and the 3 owned prior....have all been Honda reliable. The 950 especially has been a great machine. Not a single issue. Changed belt at 3700 miles and it really didn't need it....a piece of mind move. Of course it's not powered like rzr or Maverick turbos....but cvtech clutching brings out every pony it has....and for a sub 100 hp machine....it feels like it has more. I paid $14500 usd otd back in early summer of 2020....have about every available add on you could possibly need or want for your machine...and until today when I ordered $2k Worth of Hester/Elka shocks.....I didn't have $20k total invested. Some will call it Chinese garbage.....but it's my Chinese garbage and it's never left me stranded anywhere....and runs with everybody I run with. I can't wait to see your 950's progression with you. Wanted to come back and add to my post to answer some of concerns I see people posting. These are equipped with the best lighting systems on the market. Everybody does eventually add a light bar on their machines....but this is the one machine you don't need to....the ridevision lighting system as they call it...is killer all on its own. The tail lights....honestly have never been an issue for followers to see in the muddiest of terrains. I know common sense based on location screams otherwise....but they shed mud well....and the LED lamps inside are bright. The digital gage....is awesome. I don't think there's a better info center out there that's as nice....other than on perhaps a Segway Alien. Just wanted to clear those things up.
