you need way more of the tool in action. i doubt many want to see anything other than the tool doing a heavy job, an awkward job and a quick look at all the features. but have a thumb anyway
Thanks….the instructions on this are terrible. I struggled for about an hour till I realized someone had probably made a video. If it wasn’t for you saying to flip the crank, I wouldn’t have figured that out since nowhere do the instructions mentioned it!
So difficult to watch the left screen where the tool was in operation. OMG, clearly you didn't know how to use the tool, it was painful to watch. The adjustable guard should skim along as you move the device ALONG, not into, the hardscape. It was comical, but so painful at the same time! I didn't stay for the last 9 minutes, Hope it got better.

Helpful video, but I found the split screen with the sound of the trimmer was very distracting and made it hard to hear your voice.
