The best pork goulash thickened with potatoes, I won't cook it any other way

I love pork stew thickened with potatoes and rich vegetables. The food is fantastic, I can still feel the amazing taste on my tongue. This goulash takes about 2,5 hours to prepare and I cooked six portions.
