I've got a query... So as per the saunders nclex the normal PT value is 11 to 12.5 seconds however as oer the Cleveland and mayo clinic it is 11 to 13.5 seconds... So there is an indicator in saunders which says if the clients PT goes above 25 seconds please initiate bleeding precautions. How did they get this 25 seconds?? Is there a therapeutic range for PT time if the patient is on warfarin?? And why most of the nclex lab values differ from values given in other books or Google?
Super good. Without music next time please
