Excellent verdict. Facts - The ex wife remarried him and was OK with the money that he was giving to the neighbor. He won a settlement and it was burning a hole in his pocket. He thought that he could win the neighbor's intimacy, but failed to impress her. The ex wife just watched and waited to remarry him after she saw that the money he was giving to the neighbor wasn't getting the results he desired. She's the mother of his children and she deserves his money. But they got divorced for a reason.....

I think she knew he liked her, and she used that to her advantage to get money and get things paid for by him. The ex-wife said when they divorced she never moved out. Weird but that's what they decided to do it is not anyone else's business on their living arrangements. Maybe he did flirt with her when he was divorced but obviously he and his wife got back together and why assume it was only for the money? When he was sick she.was the one there everyday taking care of him and all the responsibilities. the defendant is a user and lied repeatedly about the money. Her sons carpet? That was to specific to be a lie. All she did was talking circles and deny everything blaming it on he was trying to get in my pants. Pathetic.

Wait a minute, every other case the Judge says that unless there is clear evidence that the giving is a gift, then it is assumed to be a loan. Now suddenly it is the opposite? I am confused.

Milian either KNOWS the defendant is lying and got all the loans the plaintiff claims, Or she's so blinded by her biases and dislike of the plaintiff that she can't see the clear truth right in front of her! Either way, this was a bad ruling, and Milian is a disgrace to that black robe she loves to point out to everyone that she's wearing.

Right! Because the defendant admitted to two hundred and the letter from the mechanic, they Milian look at the husband when the defendant started rambling about him wanting her

It takes two to tango. There is guilt on both sides. They both knew what they were doing. His wife? She knows what’s going on and doesn’t care because she’s taken care of financially.

If the defendant wanted so much things to be clear with the plaintiff, why did she accept the money and especially, why didn’t she write a paper stating it was loan and will return the money asap? I don’t quite believe her holier then thou attitude. She was there to milk the generosity of her naive and gullible neighbor plainly and simply. The marital status between the plaintiff and his wife was none of the concern of the defendant and her mother.
