I don't think Blast is aware of what happened with Saitama, as he would likely seek out Saitama immediately after what happened (especially since he messed with time). Also Blast is so strong that it seems like he doesn't really have an ego like other S class, so I doubt he would try to test him or insult him even if he did know.
But the problem is that blast have manipulatión of space time it wouldent make to much sense that blast never knew About cg vs saitama then blast and is crew are límited to time manipulatión then blast having manipulatión of space time would be fraud

As far as I know all the god / blast stuff isn't in the web comic, so I wouldn't be surprised if there is a blast vs saitama battle aswell. Maybe blast explaining all of God's abilities while using them against saitama and he's shrugging them off

I think Blast is here 5:38 to talk about the reasons that brought him to the Ninja Village, and what led him to assassinate the survivors of Flashy Flash's massacre.

Just a thought. But have you considered timelines? It could be a separate timeline now to the main one we follow where the fight repeatedly happens basically and he went back and merged with the Saitama a few seconds after that point. Meaning that possibility that happened where he didn't merge is the one where the Garou fight happened. Best way i can describe it through text

My Theories about everything whit "God";
1) As you say God is furious whit Saitama bcuz defeating his Minions.
2) Saitama and God are Polar sides, therefor, subconsciously seaking eachother.
3) Saitama once take the powers from God and after removing his limit, by some random chance breaking the control or contract whit God, and by doing so forgeting about that (as we know that Saitama doesnt know exactly why he's so Strong and just saying "I just work out"), making God Angry and indirectly trying to take back the power stole from him (Bcuz he's not tie to Saitama anymore; like Cosmic Garou at the moment of being erase by God)....
4) The moment Saitama broke his Limiter and being as powerfull as God, somehow make him somewhat invisible to God and only now God realising about Saitama (Making a Thannos moment "I dont even know how you are").
Maybe all of them, maybe none.... 🤷♂

Blast recognized and respected Saitama's power IMMEDIATELY and had his hands full just keeping the damage to a relative minimum; hence he stayed out of the fray. If they decide to let him keep his memories of the fight it would be to apprise Saitama of the true danger his power presents to EVERYONE/EVERYTHING THUS shortening the length of time it would take for Saitama to realize his TRUE power via natural progression and also warn him vs "god's" machinations to get his claws into Saitama as a vessel/puppet destroy everything or release him fully. BTW, I'm disappointed that Genos' Core didn't absorb and transfer some of Saitama's power ala the "god cubes" to Genos when it was reinstalled [unless it wasn't reinstalled?!] Can you talk about that?
I dont think different dimensions. Just portals to different locations. That permit him to fast travel. Saitama didnt travel to different dimension. He reverse the time in his existence. But evertlything within his bubble of his reversing time stayed with him.
