Good video. Good perspective of a USA themed colony for USA snowbirds and transitional immigrants. The tower living is for the high heat and pretty high humidity… you can leave windows open. On the coast you need to keep the homes sealed for comfortable AC.

I love the butterflies!!! We have alot of butterflies. Yellow, monarch and orange. I have planted alot of different flowers from cuttings.

The bathtub!!! I just told my husband how much I miss that. I have fibromyalgia and back pain. I had 3 surgeries. I miss soaking

We stayed in a similar unit in the other tower when we visited in June. I LOVED it. We made inquiries about buying a unit, but I could never get any answers about the condo association, reserves, maintenance schedules, etc. I was completely put off by the real estate "professionals" that I met, but I did love Vista Mar. So, when we return we will be renting long term.
