Hi sir I have disabled hibernate mode but then also system shutdown after going sleep
mera desktop mein windows 10 lga hai.. aur ek prblm horha hain.. no activity mein automatically sleep mode pe nahi jaraha hain jab ki 5minst mein auto sleep mode aur 2mnts mein screen off select kiya huya hain.. pata nhi kyun sleep mode pe nahi jaraha.. plss help me out.

No, when you hibernate pc/ laptop ram will store it's data on SSD/ HDD and shutdown itself and when you turn it back on it will fetch all the data again.
Thank you so much for this instruction. You have really helped simplify such a complicated setting. I use a desktop and was putting the computer to Hibernation after 30 minutes I have a SSD with 16GB RAM and i3 processor. If I came back from a 30 minute break I expect the computer to be hibernating; but I am still confused as to how to wake/ switch the computer on from Hibernation mode. Do you press the power button and wait OR use the keyboard/ mouse to wake up the computer? which works well with sleep mode. After your advice I have kept Hibernation as never and Hybrid Sleep ON in the Power Plan I have selected. What do I do to wake my computer from Hybrid Sleep? P.S. This is a desktop not a laptop

@@GEEKYSOUMYA funny; I just had to move my mouse and my computer was awake in a blink! Not sure if this is how it is to behave in Hybrid Sleep enabled mode; I think I forgot to mention that I have Hibernation disabled in the power setting. So it's like this: Turn off display in 5 minutes, sleep in 10 minutes and Hybrid Sleep enabled in the power settings. This is so damn simple to understand but difficult to experience for some reason
