Health wise, emotionally, being there for family and friends, being more organized and productive. I know it sounds like a lot jam-packed into one sentence, but honestly, if we do tough things that seem overwhelming in tiny steps forward each day, at the end of the week we've made progress. The end of the month? More progress. Before we blink, a year will have gone by and, if we stuck it out, we're in a stronger place for it. After a busy day and thinking about postponing the class till tomorrow, I made the time to do this and so glad I did, a really tough class but I pushed on through and felt so good at the end of it , thank you for putting this together

My goal is 2 bike sessions a week and 3 runs. After a long time off working out this year recovering from an operation I am grateful my body is strong enough to return to exercise 3 months post op. Thank you for sharing your workouts as often as you do ❤

My goal is to properly fuel my body after these insane workouts. I’ve finally disciplined myself to get on the bike everyday, now I just need to increase my protein tremendously. Newly vegetarian and have been having a hard time getting full. Thank you as always, for this ride❤
First actual ride 3 months after a total hip replacement! My resistance was low as was my speed but I made it through! Slow steady progress! Love your energy Kaleigh!

Kaleigh I’ve missed you!! My bike broke MONTHS ago, and I haven’t been able to ride. I have an elliptical, and today I told myself I was going to still make it happen, and I’m so glad I did. I will be back for many more days WITH my elliptical. ❤
Hi Kaliegh, thank you for your videos. I actually am doing arm biking (I am paraplegic) to your videos. But I have obviously adapted it for me. When you do some of the standing up I either just up the resistance or I backwards pedal or both. My goal is to tone my arms of course but also lose some weight too. It has helped a lot to have your motivation and your music makes it fun too! Thank you.
