Health wise, emotionally, being there for family and friends, being more organized and productive. I know it sounds like a lot jam-packed into one sentence, but honestly, if we do tough things that seem overwhelming in tiny steps forward each day, at the end of the week we've made progress. The end of the month? More progress. Before we blink, a year will have gone by and, if we stuck it out, we're in a stronger place for it. I've been having some wild health issues since Thanksgiving... I thought life was counting me out, but here I am, back at it. First ride since, and while it wasn't easy, I wasn't discouraged. Walls pop up and we need to keep mowing them down and pedaling towards the life we want. ❤
During Incredible the intentional focus and small increases I pushed for in strength training made huge gains in losing inches all over and gaining definition. My goal is to keep being intentional and making progress towards being as healthy as I can be!

My goal is to properly fuel my body after these insane workouts. I’ve finally disciplined myself to get on the bike everyday, now I just need to increase my protein tremendously. Newly vegetarian and have been having a hard time getting full. Thank you as always, for this ride❤

First actual ride 3 months after a total hip replacement! My resistance was low as was my speed but I made it through! Slow steady progress! Love your energy Kaleigh!
Kaleigh I’ve missed you!! My bike broke MONTHS ago, and I haven’t been able to ride. I have an elliptical, and today I told myself I was going to still make it happen, and I’m so glad I did. I will be back for many more days WITH my elliptical. ❤
