This is a great match up. I think Rory just needs to fine-tune a couple of things and with a serve like his there is huge potential. Chris is a great grinder for sure. Totally a great opponent! Looking forward to the next video! M
Thanks! I have been working on tuning up a bunch of things since this match. It's been both frustrating coming back after so many years, but also exciting, because one week or even just a single concept can change up so much of the consistency of my game. Chris is a beast, this is him not playing more than once a week, and never practicing his serve. I knew what I was getting into, and happily losing to Chris isn't the worst since he is such a nice guy.
I not one likes to criticize, but in this case, it seems like both guys are trying to play way too hard, and trying to play above their abilities. I think if both players relaxed and played with in their abilities both guys would have played way better tennis. That being said thanks to both players and I appreciate your hard work on this match. Thank you for posting this match.
Also, Chris literally had not served in a month. His serves aren't over powering but they are based off of big, looping, well placed kick serves, and the margin for error is a sliver. I just failed to take advantage of his struggles.
There is nothing to be ashcamed, Rory. Just to put yourself out there with cameras and lots of people that like to judge is a big reason to be proud.
Appreciate it! the positive response to our match has been really nice!

Ya'll forget to sensor the F word at 7:48. Think of the children!
Great match.
🥺
Chris's pinpoint serve is a lil too pinpointy imo. Nice play guys!
i love these games , i feel so identified

Just based off his serve alone, Rory will be fine once he gets back in rhythm with playing Tennis regularly.
Chris is the tennis GOAT
Surprised how many double faults and unforced errors there were at the 4.5 level.
Fatigue.

I guess playing with cameras is not very easy
Whats funny is chris so tight, the serve can be at 50% power and he still won't hit a winner
LAME outcome. Gotta mute Chris’ super odd swing noise.
