- This week is our first Halloween craft in which we make two spooky dolls (well sort of) with mudlarked heads and limbs. Next week we will be making them a home to live in! Come with us to see how we get on with the newest dolls in the Lark family!

Personally l think 🤔 Kit and Caboodles miniatures and mudlarks are the best videos on you tube. You are fun to watch, have great ideas . you have never failed to intrigued me with your creativities. I'm never bored with your show. thank you Ladies. 😊

I am thinking the same thing about the back toes of the cat being backwards. But otherwise love both of your creations. Halloween is such a great holiday! And you ladies are very creative!
They look fabulous ..The final dress on pumpkin girl really suits her..The scarf on the black cat gives him a lot of character too ..Love them both 🥰
So much charm in this video. First of all Fleur's mother's Halloween collection is amazing! So many great pieces. Second-both dolls are wonderful. So expressive and fun and beautifully done. Maybe the pumpkin girl could be called Gordie (a pun off of Gourd). One suggestion that might be helpful is when making a millliput neck, use a pin or paper clip to make a vertical hole through it and then when you are attaching the body you can run a thread through the hole to anchor your body, as well as doing the drawstring stitch around the top. Can't wait to see what next week brings. Boo!

💛🧡🤎Ohh Halloween arrived in abundance. Adorable dolls🥰 brought to life. the black cats remind me of when I was little staying at my grand parents. My room was known as the jungle room… full of different ornaments and decoration. One of which was a very tall black cat, smiling but slightly sinister 🐈⬛. Looking forward to seeing the new additions to K&C’s new home. 💛🧡🤎

When I saw the head roll, I thought to myself. ‘there goes Marie, she has lost her head….yet again once in Paris, once on a beach and now across a bench! Not to fret, with the kindness of Kit & Kaboodlers, rescue was close by and at hand. She was gathered up like Humpty Dumpty and thus did mend. Although she now blushes at her little mishap, she was quickly befriended by a velvet black Cat. He came originally from a jumble of kittens, was named ‘Louis the Sixteenth’, being the last in that HUMONGOUS, French litter. The kittens belonged to a witch and with a wave of her wand they were dusted with glitter. Each was given a mystic power, Louis having reversed back paws was given the ability to ‘walk backwards in time’ during the All Hallows’ Hours. Now Louis XVI and Marie Pumpkinette, the plump little pumpkin and the velvet black cat, do not wish, no not at all, to go back in time, both now reside down in Mudlarkers Lane. A quaint sweet couple together again. Yet you ask, how could this be so? Why its Magic, my dear’s, didn’t you know!

Firstly I have to say what a wonderful halloween collecton your mother has Fleur and how kind of her to loan it to you so we can all see it. Thanks. The dolls are great love the cat but the pumpkin doll is so beautiful and the velvet was the right choice for her dress also love her headgear. Can't wait to see their house. I presume its going to be paper mache?? Great. Did you get the parcel???

There is an heirloom pumpkin variety called Cinderella--a name that you may fancy for your new doll. Can't wait for the next video!
They are absolutely brillant! I love the way you craft and invent as you go along..nothing planned out .I love to craft like that! I had to make a tuxedo for a talking teddy once and i went through oodles of fabric and paper patterning before i got it the way i liked..the sweat and fiddling is the best part..you two are so good together..i want them both!! much love and thanks for sharing your spooky halloween collection!

They are both wonderful! I think pumpkin girl should be called Ella, as in Cinderella. People always say "if I don't go to bed, I'm going to turn into a pumpkin!", referencing Cinderella's coach. Perhaps your doll was late for bed and that's why she's now a pumpkin!

Awwww ! So cute except the back foot pads on the cats feet are backwards . Toes should be at the top & pad at the bottom. Basically it's feet are facing backwards ! SPOOKY 👻
