Running the Komoka Provincial Park trail fueled by 320 Maurten

The Komoka Provincial Park trail system runs alongside the Thames River in several loops that include meadow and forests. It has some good hills to run up and down with technical sections. I drank 320 Maurten sports fuel throughout the run to see if my stomach can handle it for longer distances.
