I share some thoughts I had regarding mistakes and failure while out on a snowy trail run. This came to me early in the morning and I thought about the basketball player Michael Jordan how he must have had missed baskets and fouls in games but still went on to do exceptionally in the sport.

I took an overnight trip to Owen Sound to visit the church where my grandfather decided to become a Christian around the time of the first world war. I also drove around Derby Township and was able to see the farmland where he grew up.

I ran the Seal Bay - Horse Bike Trail and took video clips of the run. Heading out through old growth forests this scenic trail winds for 11kms around a protected parkland near Comox BC on Vancouver Island.

I remember being in that hahaha, good times
My wife of 44 years has died....The doctors broke her body with huge amounts of prednisone, they then gave her exploda that caused 3 tumors to grow rapidly, swelled in her brain...They quickly put her on hospice so Aetna could be shed of her on the insurance, and the doctors could cover up what they did.... Aetna blocked her medical care every way they could....She died a horrifying death...I was going to sue for malpractice but a preacher told me to let them go, that GOD will avenge me of their murder...I, and all our children, and grandchildren are waiting on GOD to do it...
Forget the pastor. Sue them and God will still do his deed.
How horrible. I’m sorry for you and sorry that she endured such torment on the way to death. 😞

I know very well where this is. Thanks Rob.
How has the durability of the shoes been?
They still feel good. I did a 25km trail race in them October 15th. The upper is fine with no wear. The Vibram lugs sole shows some wear on the outer edge near the heels.
