As the [PC] host you can invite anyone without them downloading the mod, even XBOX PLAYERS !
I recommend to try this on either Heroic and if you can with friends !
Mod additions:
1. Include 5 maps: Beachhead/Unearthed/Overlook/Waterfront/Installation04.
2. Random color player bipeds respawn after death.
3. Red team bots have waypoints.
4. Firefight scripts replaced with custom scripts.
5. in order to join your game, Vanilla clients must have the Reach campaign installed
If problems joining your game persists, restart your PC and have your friend restart their device too.
If you are interested in modding yourself, the creator gives tutorials on AI spawning on the Nexus !

This is awesome! It's sad that games started to move away from have bots in the 2010s, sometimes I just don't want to sweat.
Camera angles were great and choice of music too.
The only problem that I have with the mod is that the multi-kill timer is too short. You can't get multis above triples/overkills often, I wish it was the same timer as the matchmaking instead of Firefight.
I wish there was an option for that and also no medals at all for maximum immersion !
Can you change the loadouts before starting up a game? For instance, if I want to spawn with a sniper rifle, and I change the base player traits to do that, the mod will work accordingly?
Those kind of changes didn't break the game for me, go ahead !
Is there anyway you can make the AI have an AI battle? Spartans vs elites? Or different enemies?
This mod sadly is broken, and on it it wasn't possible to choose which enemy you were facing since the game mode that went with it was also modded if I remember correctly.
However there's a new halo reach mod with allies map pack that came out, there you have regular Spartans on your team and some troopers and you can decide the waves the normal way, but not really choosing specifically which unit for both teams.
How do you even install this? Do you just replace the .map and thats it?
Exactly, you locate the right folder and replace the .map file. I would recommend to back up the original one, also use anti-cheat disabled McC

Is it possible to put this on file share
To play this on xbox, you need to have someone on PC invite you. it's not just a gametype, it replaces the map itself, which is why it can't be put on fileshare.
@@0neCloud so if I had a pc and I put my xbox account on there will I be able to come back to my xbox and play it.
@@measuredsul8586 You would need to own the game on your pc from either Microsoft stores or Steam then install the mod itself, then play directly on your pc. THEN you could invite other Xbox players from YOUR PC lobby.

@@benjaminturner5580 For xbox players i understand it is confusing, you need to have a friend that have the mod installed on PC and then you can join him.
You can ! but you would be a lonely Dino amongst spartans hahaha
also you would see blue markers above the enemy team 😅
Does this mod show medals? So if I get a headshot, will the sheadshot medal appear like it does for multiplayer?
