Hi, thanks for watching. Absolutely, it depends on the wind honestly, if there’s no wind or very calm winds, usually it will close to center line. But usually AP does a good job aligning with centerline.
VNAV works in coordinate with SIDS/STARS approach, so when you set a approach with sids and stars it will set a VNAV, so once you reach cruise altitude you can activate VNAV. There are tutorials on youtube, but I hope I explained it in the best way possible. Thanks for watching man!
Hi, this video is over two years old. If something isn’t showing up, it’s probably because it’s been updated. I don’t usually fly in this simulator anymore. But if the RWY’s aren’t showing up for you, it’s probably because you don’t have a FPL set to that runway.

Hi, some planes don’t have APPR, only planes like 737. Since you don’t have pro, you’re limited to certain planes. You don’t need pro to use APPR, only a plane that has it. Thanks for watching and please subscribe!
When I want to engage APPR sometimes it wont let me pick the runway I want to land at. Does it matter if I pick the opposite side of the runway? or will the plane just land on the wrong side of the runway. (EX: runway 9L and 27R. It wont let me pick 9L so I pick 27R.) Does it affect where the plane lands?

very good demo...i guess if an airport doesn't have ILS, then you can't use APPR..before you could use it regardless of GPS or ILS
Well it’s gotta have an ILS, and usually it works for airports such as EGLL, KSFO...

No, it shouldn’t matter honestly. Average VS descend is around -1000-2000.
When I go to press appr the plane just stays level and doesn't descend or it veers off course, do you know why?

No it doesn’t! I can understand what you’re trying to say, you can select the other runway and it will still engage APPR.

Sadly not. In future updates I’m sure we will be seeing APPR added on those planes.
How much v/s it's need?
Usually you can have like -100 VS and it should work, the APPR automatically sets the -VS for you on your approach into the airport.

Yes!
is APPR available for pro?
It’s available on some of the aircraft you get without pro, such as the A321 or B737-700.
