I have to say, the cinematography and style at the start and finish was like watching a movie. It told a beautiful story of Danilo walking through Florence. The use of refection, the short glimpses of Danilo and the music was fantastic. The production value is tremendous and of course, a wonderful job by Danilo. Thank you from Palm Springs.
I discovered this channel two rainy days ago, and having watched several videos I must say they have become very good. One of the early videos had the presenter standing in the shade with the sun right behind him, and his voice sounded a bit rough. The sound quality has improved greatly, the lighting is perfect and so is the editing.
I dont know why but Tuscany has always called me ..someday. That house at first look has so much oddness but as i keep looking i find it very appealing . very cool .
Tuscany is a magical place for sure, that property, is too. It has a particular atmosphere, and all the features one could dream of in the historical center of a city!

Although I am a great fan of historic and period properties I must say it is nice to see some modern Italian architecture in the heart of the beautiful city of Florence. Although Jeffrey Smart's Farmhouse has been my favourite property together with Castle No.3 last week (no video) I think this is pretty special and ideal for a city person not to mention owning your own swimming pool in the centre of Florence. Spectacular tour as usual Danilo and Team Romolini.
Folks ......any apartment villa, small chellet , ocean manor , castles and or mansion .....All places look extraordinary amazing with danilo standing in them. Why I saw him shopping out in public a few weeks ago , and let me tell you......the streets lit up, the flowers , the trees even the pavement seem to glisten like refined gold. Its like , it started to rain diamonds wherever he was..I've never seen any thing like it ! He illuminated all things in brilliant splendor In every place his person graced. The crowds around him shouted ....... Hail danilo hail danilo.. I've got it all on video.

And you have some nice apartments in the states but its nothing compared to the architecture in Italy. I watched another one of your videos where you were showing an apartment with a kitchen which was totaly seperated from the living room, and had its own room,that was nostalgic for me ,because I remember back when I use to live in Italy as a kid,our kitchen was not connected to the living room.but in America the kitchen is connected to the living room ,even in luxury apartments and houses.. Italian buildings is art on its own.

There was a step down and then up on the mezzanine when Danilo first went up the stairs. Why is that there? It is very strange.
I am also curious why Danilo does not answer these comments? Someone else does. Maybe his mother Marta?
Thank you for the comment. The step down is because otherwise you’d hit your head on the arch when passing.
